I recently used Castle Rental and Pawn of Centerton for a Vacant Home Staging Job. The reason I gave them 5 stars was for their outstanding Customer Service. Store Manager Ben McCauley and his team were great to work with. I gave them less then a week to gather the furniture I needed. They had solutions to problems before I even knew a problem existed! The Natural State of Design will be using them again. Thank you Ben and team!

I went to start a rent on a Acer nitro 5 and got a very pleasant experience. I got Hailey as my representative and she was extremely nice and helpful. She said she was new but didn't seem like she was. Very good experience and will most likely be going back.

I desperately needed a lawn mower and they found one for me and it has been the best mower I have ever purchased. They have wonderful employees and go out of their way to satisfy the customer. Will definitely keep doing business with them.

I bought a welder that looked brand new from these guys, then got it home and found that the gears were shot on the inside of the wire feed motor. When I messaged them about it they paid me back in full for the motor and now the welder works great! Friendly people and good customer care. I do recommend

The guys and gals at this location are amazing as always. They will do anything and everything to go above and beyond for the customer. I have been a customer there for 15 + years and wont go through anyone else for my needs. If they dont have it they will do everything in their power to try and get it for you. Highly recommended company to do business with !!!

The employees here went above and beyond for me in checking my jewelry. Even if it was something they couldn’t do anything with, they still tried to help me and went over every piece very thoroughly. They are welcoming and wonderful people!!!

I had a great experience with Castle Rental and would highly recommend this team in Centerton! We moved into a new house, and the new fridge we ordered from Whirlpool was on backorder, so we needed to rent one in the meantime. Castle Rental delivered us a quality fridge, at the lowest price in town, and it included free delivery and pick-up! It was hassle-free, and they were very flexible with me on delivery time (late Saturday afternoon), which I really appreciated!
