Walmart Neighborhood Market

This Neighborhood Market is the busiest one I have ever been to, and at all hours on all days. You may think that because it is so busy, it is chaotic or messy, but it couldn't be further from the truth. This store is always full of people, and yet manages to be well stocked and organized, with plenty of employees available to help with finding whatever you need. Although there are a lot of employee "shoppers" who are in the aisles getting pick up or delivery orders ready, these people are really great at trying to move out of the way or help if they see you are trying to grab something in their area. I have also noticed that there is very little staff turnover, which means I have several employees that I know by face and know that they are happy to help me. I tend to use the scan and go option because that way I stick to my list and my budget. The self check out kiosks are clean and well maintained, with plenty of available bags and an associate to help if you get the dreaded "see store associate to complete this transaction" notfication. The only thing I have a hard time with is reaching beverages. I wish they had more of the little hook things that help you grab stuff from the back. However, (as my picture shows) you can always bring a human hook to get back there and retrieve what you need!

I am now updating this post to add that this store is excellent about having online pickup orders ready on time and correct. You can actually live text with your shopper if you have any concerns about certain produce or choosing substitutions. This remains the busiest Walmart Neighborhood Market around, while maintaining their high level of service!

Always a nice place to grab your groceries or something quick. Not too crowded like other neighborhood markets. Staff is always friendly and helpful

This, Walmart is actually pretty close to me and I did not even realize it. The red onions looked fantastic, which made me extremely happy. Also, I had searched which store I could get the Lacroix flavor that I like, and it was at the store.

In specific regards to pickup: great service, always friendly and efficient. If I don’t like my substitutions they take care of it on the spot. Hector specifically always has great customer service and a smile on his face! Tonight they gave me a little “Boo” treat to celebrate Halloween. Overall 10/10

Tonight I went into this neighborhood market as I do about every other day but today I had an issue. I was almost in tears as I was leaving the store. The store management team now only worked to resolve the issue but provided complete customer satisfaction.
I don’t remember when the last time I’ve seen customer service on this level.
Thanks again to the store manager and service desk managers who helped me tonight. Some situations can’t be avoided but because of people like y’all I’m glad I was there when it happened 🙂💯.

Easy in and out for groceries. The store is clean, as is the parking lot. Convenient gas station right in the corner of the lot.

Great selection, you'll find almost anything you need, and some things have an even better selection than a regular Walmart. The supervisory staff is great - I've had a few issues with coupons or mispriced items, they were all taken care of quickly and without being made to feel like I was a hassle. Once I forgot my debit card at home and only had cash, my math was off so I was short by a few cents and when I asked someone to remove an item for me, she spotted me the difference instead. Sometimes they're super busy but the cashiers are always friendly anyway. I witnessed a customer in front of me completely tear into one of them for some petty reason obviously outside of employee control, cashier was visibly shaken but still smiled and talked to me like normal. Not a huge fan of Walmart corporate actions or policies, but their store level staff is always on point.

Staff friendliness goes above & beyond. Checkers are always polite, positive & smiling. While their online ordering leaves much to "want" this is not due to their fault as their "selections" are not pulled live from this store due to not having a large enough online customer base yet. Easy in & out at this location!

Every associate is affable and helpful. I enjoy knowing my way around the store. I've never had a bad Great Value product. Being an old fart may be the reason everyone is so willing to assist me. It certainly doesn't hurt that the prices are very competitive. I'm glad I only intended to buy a few things, but I found that I did most of my grocery shopping for the month.

The overall selection is great throughout the store...always improving. Fresh produce has seen an increase in quality and variety. Checking out at 6 pm today was exceptionally good with additional associates staged to handle the overflow. Prices are guaranteed to be the lowest. This and the other comments listed above are just a few of the many the reasons I continue to shop at this store.

Very friendly staff working here, very helpful and attentive. There are never long waits and it is mostly self check out. I always find what I need at the best price from this store. They even have basic pet supplies and a large cosmetic section.

They are always helpful and strive to give good customer service! Very refreshing!

Great produce and bakery items

This is a good Neighborhood Market Very accommodating staff. Store is clean and friendly Produce section is well stocked and fresh. Checkout is fast. Great place to shop and also has a Pharmacy, Redbox movie Kiosk and a gas station.

Update: this store keeps improving. They will soon open grocery pickup. The pharmacy is excellent, and the gas station usually has the lowest gas prices in the area.

Quick in and out today at the gas station mini store. Both clerks were super kind and nice to me and my special needs kid, especially the AA young lady. Keep it up

This Walmart Neighborhood Market is right on the Centerton/Bentonville line. It is well stocked and very clean. It has a Walmart gas station as well. If you don’t need clothing or other items found at a Supercenter, you can find what you need here. There is also a Redbox on the outside. It has the usual bakery and deli. Handicap accessible.

This is my go to grocery. It’s very busy at peak times but more than manageable at all others. Gas is conveniently located right on site and I believe they offer pickup too! Pharmacy is very helpful. Just enough of what I need but not too much.

Prime location makes it accessible. Taco Bell across the street!

This WalMart Neighborhood market in Centerton Arkansas is very nice on the inside, isles, bathrooms, parking lot are clean. Customer service is fabulous, staff is very professional and everything including parking area is all handicap assessible. I will rate this store a 5.
