AT&T Store

I have been to this store recently to purchase a new phone and change my plan. Was met with nothing but a great attitude and service. I was in and out of the store quickly because of the efficient and timely staff. Thankful to have things done so quickly! Staff was very smart, kind, and helpful.

Visited store for initializing new iPad. Emilee was only employee there and did a great job shuffling several customers.

She was very attentive and helpful in helping me select a new phone since my IPhone 11pro stopped working. She saved me money and told me how to save even more money. Thank you! The different ATT stores I have been to have taken good care of me. Unfortunately they are very busy people. I made the mistake once going at CHRISTmas time, that was almost as bad as going to Walmart on Black Friday. I was educated very quickly!! I have to say ATT over all have tried very hard to take care of my problems.

Best AT&T store around! Lacrissa was so helpful and so friendly. I would highly recommend this place for anything you may need.

My wife and I got two new phones We got the 10 crew and Kimberly waited us. And she knew just what to do to set our phones up. We also got two chargers that you lay your phone on and covers to protect our phones. We were very happy with the service she gave us. After we got home we couldn’t get a couple of apps right and went back to the store and Kimberly fix our mistakes. She was very professional and polite. I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs a phone.

I’ve had wonderful experiences every time I’ve went in. Anytime I’ve had questions, concerns, problems or phones/bill needs they have quickly and effectively taken care of them. I recently bought a new iPhone Max and Kim took the time to help me figure out a few things about it seeing as it was drastically different from my iPhone 7plus. That was greatly appreciated!

I’m now an at&t customer, I switched from straight talk and got the iPhone XR. The store manager went out of her way to help me get the best deal possible. They are very friendly and up front with you about everything before you sign anything. You can definitely see that they care about their customers!

The manager and assistant manager you're wonderful they took to time they helped me I had been in there a few days before that and the man that waited on me was very rude and would not help me and when I get home I called my son because I'm on his plan and I told him what he is said and my son got on the phone it made a few phone calls he told me to go back over there that things would be different and they were stiff and as night and day. Heber Springs AT&T store was just great they told me to come back any time that I had any kind of issues, they would try to help me with it or just stop by and say hi. Those are two ladies that have it together and they did not make me feel like I was stupid because I didn't know how to do this and that's very important I'm not tech savvy. LOL I'm push a button savvy like the remote the TV. Button for the microwave LOL that's the extent of my savvy. They really were very nice and understanding.

We have NOTHING but good things to say about this store.
I will not be back to another AT&T store besides this one.
We tried for four days to get an upgrade, and had the WORST customer service we’ve ever received at Mtn home AT&T.
Then tried for two days to contact Batsville with no luck.
We called one time to Heber, got through within two rings, then got our phones that day! No trouble and WONDERFUL customer service from Bobbie!!
