Comfort Inn Near Ouabache State Park

Stayed here a couple nights while in town to visit a friend. I was a little worried because it was my only choice for a hotel but it ended up being great.

Room was clean. No bedbugs or anything like that. No one bothered me. Area was well lit and no one loitering around or anything.

There's an indoor pool. It's open until 10pm. I didn't get to swim but if I ever come back, I'll try the pool.

Kid at the front desk was really sweet and helpful. Every employee I passed in the hallway was smiling and polite. The breakfast choices were actually pretty great for a hotel. Everything was fresh and there was a good assortment to pick from. Oh, and coffee was really good. Which, normally, hotel coffee sucks. This coffee was good.
The hotel overall was safe, secure and clean. Employees are working hard and Comfort Inn should be paying them more. They're all very welcoming and made my stay so comfortable.

The ONLY issue is there's a pretty limited channel selection on the tv. Not a huge deal since I've spent almost every waking minute outside the room. As a side note, there's not much to do in Bluffton and not a lot of restaurant choices outside of fast food. You're close to Fort Wayne and there's more stuff to do there.

I stay at alot of comfort ins and this location over exceeds the rest enough to leave a gd review. I always look forward to an easy check in and warm cookies with front desk Brittany. Keep up the good work guys. It doesn't go unnoticed

If you're coming to Bluffton area this is a great place to stay. Great staff, Comfortable beds, updated rooms, quiet and peaceful

Very clean, lots of outlets and USB ports, microwave and refrigerator. Typical continental breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This Comfort Inn was far better than I expected! Very updated, clean, nice spacious rooms and big tvs. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly! The facilities were excellent and the breakfast was excellent! Based on some other reviews I almost didn’t book here but I’m very glad I did. I would stay here again for sure!!

The Comfort Inn in Bluffton, Indiana, allows ONE parking spot for guests traveling by tractor-trailer. The staff are professional, helpful, and friendly. The hot breakfast buffet is wonderful! Many families with young children enjoy staying. Perhaps, this partially due to the indoor swimming pool. And, if you need some urgent items, then there is a Wal*Mart just down Main Street. So, if you are journeying through northeastern Indiana near Fort Wayne, IN, then I highly-recommend staying the Comfort Inn in Bluffton, Indiana.

Very nice hotel. Located in a nice area, close to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were comfortable- firm mattress and plenty of pillows. Their hot breakfast was VERY good! The hot tub timer didn't seem to work, so we got a nice soak longer than intended, but was good. And the pool was nice, as well. They even have an open shower down at the pool so you can rinse off all that extra chlorine.
Good place to stay with a family or traveling for business. Good WiFi, as well.

I have already had the pleasure of staying here for dozens of nights, and it just keeps getting better!
Each week there seems to be an upgrade, or other improvement (e.g. new refrigerator, new desk, and so-on).
Every Staff Member with whom I have interacted has been friendly and professional.
The Breakfast is fantastic, and the pool & hot-tub are amazing...plus the fitness center not only has the typical treadmill and such, it also has a weight machine.
Highly recommended.

Very comfortable. Sandra in guest services is awesome. She kept the presentation of the hot breakfast looking nice while there was an unusually high rush. She also was very perceptive and changed the television channel to kid friendly programming when she realized there were alot of kids eating breakfast. I appreciated her customer service she exhibited.

Very pleasant experience! Staff was so friendly and helpful. Special Thank Yous to Sandra, Linda, and Justin...you guys became like family. The owner came out and talked to us as friends not patrons. Rooms were nice and price was reasonable...would recommend to anyone..

I stayed at the location in Bluffton, Indiana. I would almost go back just to see those people again! Our family had absolutely the best service we've ever had, all the workers felt like friends by the time we left. I want to specifically shout out Sandra, she is full of joy and it spreads to the guests that get to meet her. Thank you all for a wonderful experience!

Came to town for a wedding. The first room they gave us had a definite smoking stench about it, but they got us into another room right away. Staff was friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was good

Excellent hotel, very quiet, clean and friendly staff. Bed was comfortable and everything worked, air, tv, etc. Breakfast was fantastic. Location is ideal, many little places to eat as well as a Walmart near by.

Some rooms are better than others but overall a clean, affordable hotel to stay at while im Bluffton. The staff is decent and the rest of the guests usually are pretty respectful.
