It's everything you expect from a Lowes, even though it's in a smaller city, it has everything one would need without having to run all the way to Fort Wayne. There's generally not very many people shopping at this location which makes it great to go to, easy in and out with associates to help if needed.

Lady at order pickup very helpful. We had a flat tire on our trailer on the interstate and they had a replacement in stock.

Always some one greeting me or offering me help whenever they pass me. Everyone employee I’ve talked to knows where something is if i can’t find it. Everything is always stocked so I never have to worry about things being out of stock here!

Lowe's and Menards are definitely the 2 best. Between the 2, I can usually find what I need, even in the oddball item situation. People and location are always good 👍 I would definitely recommend.

My mother and I went here for the Mother's day giveaway that you had to pre-register for. We received our annual flowers and continued to shop. The store was clean and well stocked. The staff was very friendly. And check-out was swift. Over all, I was very impressed and would definitely return if in the area.

Our home town lowes did not have the grill I wanted in stock and didn't want to wait a week for delivery so I made the 25 mi trip to Bluffton.
Everyone in the store were attentive and helped me get the Items I wanted and took to the front for check out.

The Lowes Team was exceptional, our cashier was not that pleasant, but my Pop lost his Cellphone after shopping and we contacted the store and they went far above the call of duty to locate the phone!

I visit a lot of Lowe's stores in the surrounding areas and the Bluffton Lowe's has by far the best associates and customer service ever. They go out of their to help and that is most appreciated. A special thank you to the fellow in flooring that was my "personal shopper" and the lady at online pickup/ customer service that figured out how to return all that extra flooring. You guys are rock stars.

Very helpful and fair place to shop! I got a couple boxes of shop trash bags 3 mil. They had a sign stating they were two for 20. But the sale had expired. They still granted me the 2 for 20 since the sign was up and were very pleasant about it. They also had the didn't act like I was in the wrong and it was out of their way to grant the sale price.

My wife and I bought a new washer and dryer on Saturday. Ashlyn spent time with us and really listened to our needs without being pushy. Great job!!!

I thought we missed our scheduled delivery and called the store on Monday afternoon. As it turns out, the driver had us on his schedule and just hadn’t made it to our house. The entire staff did an amazing job and communication was really good.

Worker asked me what I needed. Walked me to the opposite end of store for drywall tools. Nice guy, courteous cashier. Very clean place. Polite and prices on point. I'm a happy man!

Lowe’s in Bluffton has great customer service. If you have an issue, they will take care of you. They definitely put customers first.

Customer service could use some work. It seems If it was lo outside of their dept they didnt know where it was. All and all a great shopping experience. Got all the supplies and tools I needed for my summer products all in one stop. Can't complain about that.
