What a guy ! Knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. My pc was having low FPS issues and difficulty running wallpaper engine, it was barely hitting 125fps and now I’m at a SOILD 180. There’s a reason why this place is highly rated NWA is lucky to have u around .

Best service hands down… I’m from out of town and brought my computer in as it wouldn’t turn on. A few hours later it was done. These guys are fast, reasonably priced, fixed my computer and did I mention the service? Friend group and highly recommend Ozark!

I have to say that dealing with this business was a wonderful experience. I recently had them do a custom build for me. I just ordered the parts and brought them in and they put my rig together properly. It runs very smoothly. Quality job. Their professionalism showed in every correspondence I had with them. They really know their way around computers. It's also nice to have a local shop like this in my area and not have to dread buying some off the self computer from a large box store. You never really know what you're getting in those situations. These guys are my "go to" from now on.

Ozark computer works is the best around. He has gotten me taken very quickly and in a friendly manner both times I have needed his service. I can't thank you enough!! It's the only computer shop I will use.

Excellent service with Ozark Computer Works. My PC repair was completed in a short amount of time.They kept me updated with emails. The repair was explained in detail. Very reasonable charge. Courteous staff.

I took my computer in not knowing what was wrong. It turns out the power button wire was the culprit. I would've never figured that out if it wasn't for this place!

Staff is very competent and welcoming. They were able to diagnose and repair the computer immediately. The shopping center itself might not be in great shape, but do not let that fool you whatsoever. The business itself is well kept and maintained.
My laptop had a broken hinge and the staff were able to fix the Dell laptop, as I said, immediately. I will always return here for any other computer repair needs.

Seriously amazing shop. We bought my son a custom computer (not from here), and it had nothing but issues from literally day 1. We brought it in here and they were able to diagnose it that afternoon, order the part, and have it fixed within the week. It's been fantastic. Not a single problem. It's insane how much we had to go through before we found this shop. I wish we'd have found them sooner. I 100% recommend them! If we buy another custom computer in the future, we'll absolutely have them do it. Communication was also great!

My computer crashed in my busiest time of year and they were kind enough to drop what they were doing so I could get back to work. Not everyone will go that far for you. I highly recommend them.

I had an issue with computer that I kept putting off until I couldn't take it anymore. I called PJ and he was respectful and allowed me to drop off the computer and he got to it promptly then before I even had time to sit down after getting back to the apartment, he called me and told me it was fixed.
