I had the best drive-through interaction with Joe! He was very well-spoken, easy to understand, polite, and kind. He is very good at his job! Also my vanilla frozen yogurt was also delicious as always!

My friend and I actually left another fast food place to go to Braums because the ice cream is so good and inexpensive. :)

Best Braums experience we’ve had to date! Quick service, great ice cream and knowledgeable staff. Tom at the north Walton store took the time to explain their fresh products such as milk, cheese and bread. He was very friendly with us and the other customers that came through. You don’t see service like that very often anymore! We will be back because we are excited to try more of what they have to offer.

I have been coming here since I was around 13 years old, with my great grandparents. And I plan on making more memories with generations to come. Staff is friendly, and the ice cream is fantastic. I would recommend it to anyone who likes ice cream, good food, and groceries if you need those as well.

Angel is incredible. He was so kind in redoing our milkshakes that originally came out in a liquid consistency (made by someone else), the first time. I appreciate his customer service and have been to this Braum’s location many times, and always love it. Thank you, Angel for being the utmost professional.

Who could resist Braum's ice cream. We are a big ice cream family. We LOVE ice cream (except yellow snow ice cream made from the snow in winter).

I’ve been buying “double scoops” in a sugar cone at this Braum’s for 2 or 3 years but always at the drive-thru window when I passed by driving to another destination. On our most recent visit, we went inside and bought 6 containers (1.4 liters each) of different flavors of Braum’s “premium” ice cream (in addition to take-out lunch and a double-scoop of chocolate in a sugar cone for dad…me). OMGoodness. I had forgotten all the varieties of ice cream Braum’s offered.

And, when I compare the prices of a 2-scoop of real ice cream from Braum’s (at the drive-thru window) to my other well-known favorite that offers a soft serve something but is 5 miles closer), Braum's wins, hands down. I’ve just learned that the large soft-served ice cream cone that I’ve been paying a premium price of $4+ is, in fact, not ice cream. Time to drive the extra five miles for real ice cream at a less expensive price.

In addition, it also seems (and I’m gonna compare prices), that the Braum’s premium container ice cream at this store is competitively priced to ice cream offerings from other local grocers and has a variety not offered elsewhere.

Finally, a European lady took care of us at the register at this Braum’s when we bought our ice cream. Her customer politeness was memorable.

Time to make ice cream changes…but no yellow snow ice cream 😊

I'm not usually a hamburger fan but I loved the guacamole burger here. The selection of ice cream is huge! There's a small store inside this restaurant with some convenience food items including lots of ice cream. Restaurant was clean, service friendly and the wait for food wasn't long.

Must go place for milk, limeade and banana split ice cream. Old women at milk counter was awesome, she helps everyone wherever. Was really impressed with her while helping my pregnant wife while shopping.

Friendly employees, great food! Best burgers and salads! Why go to McDonald's when you can eat better quality for about the same price or even less!!

Had a pimento cheese bacon burger w/fries. It was awesome. Pralines w/creme for dessert, unbelievable. Give 'em a try, you won't be disappointed!

Everyone who works at this location is so friendly/kind, helpful and accommodating. You can tell that their GM works very hard! The store is very clean. Me and my family have been getting the “burgers in a bag” deal once a week for the past couple of months and it is the highlight of my week! Very reasonably priced!! Their ice cream, milk, malted milkshakes and burgers are so delicious! Love living so close to braums! Thanks to all of the staff that make a positive difference in my family’s week! 💕

Milk is best ever anywhere. Great ice cream with different flavors. Serving sizes are smaller than normal.

Great place for a quick ice cream treat! And crazy cheap, which is a nice bonus! Would be nice if they had a bike rack.

Such delicious ice cream but dense and rich. I couldn't finish it so it's in the freezer.

We go to Braums regularly for milk. We like the A2 Whole Milk. We also love their Ice cream. They don't have much vegetarian options for food, but that's ok.

Came in with a VERY large group of people and they took care of us COMPLETELY in less than 15 minutes with NO problems whatsoever. Hard working employees, and a clean restaurant. Phenomenal experience! 5/5 Oh yeah, and the ice cream was delicious.

This Braums has a great variety of ice cream and food, as well as fresh groceries. The staff are always super friendly and very helpful. It is the most affordable place to take the family for ice cream or shakes, and they use fresh ingredients.

We love Braum's! A bit unusual for a fast food and ice cream place...... and unusually good!
