Megan is pure gold. My hair wasn’t exactly where I wanted it to be from previous salons so I made a consult with Megan to address my concerns. She was so honest, thorough and kind. I immediately knew I wanted to book with her. We completely transformed my hair and she did exactly what we discussed at the consult (even better!) she walked me through everything she was doing and took her time with my hair. I am so happy with the results and 100% recommend Lift!

I love Lift Salon! I first became a client about 3 years ago on a recommendation from a friend. The salon is very nice and classy, great location and good parking. The owner / stylists are a fresh of breath air. The ladies are friendly, on time, they ask questions and listen to your needs/desires, I have always been pleased. The hair salon has a friendly / clean atmosphere. My daughter, 3 sons, and my sister are also clients and we love love love the services they provide. I highly recommend you gift Lift Salon a try, and I'm sure you will be treated with respect and care! We use Jaton, Megan and Bella.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to find someone to do your hair and not screw it up? I've lived here for five years and it took me three to find Jaton.
For the past two years I've been going to see her and finally she opened her own salon Lift and it is beautiful. You walk in you're greeted promptly and the girls in there are just amazing. Follow them on Instagram to see their actual work. They post daily and it's THEIR own work not ones taken of what they possibly "can do."
I have A LOT of hair and have had a few bad experiences but Jaton is someone I trust to take care of me. Today I showed her a couple pictures of what I had in mind and asked her what she thought. (My hair is dark brown just fyi) One of the photos I showed her had rose gold in it and she let me know that we could do that but it wouldn't last. So to the other photo I went! I want something that's going to last and I don't have time to keep up with it so that's on me.
And as always she delivered! I LOVE my hair. I need to get a good picture of it so you can see the magic she did. She made sure she knew where I normally part my hair so that's a huge plus! She trimmed, thinned, colored, washed, dried and styled my hair. I love the way she curls my hair I can never freakin do it like this! Her prices are more than reasonable for the amazing service you're getting. I definitely recommend and will be back!

I have used Jaton Neil since 2015! Jaton is the best! I call her my “hair Jesus”. If God didn’t give you the hair you want, Jaton can! She is amazing with color, cut, and extensions! I am not a natural blonde and it’s always hard to find someone to trust! She is the best! Fast service, friendly staff, and amazing products! Jaton is professional and will shoot you straight on your hair goals!

I cannot think of a better salon than this. As someone who usually feels hesitant coming into new salons with hard to work with curly thick hair, the professionals here create the most welcoming and kind atmosphere. I had my first session today with Bella, who was by far the kindest and most knowledgable hair professional I've had the pleasure to have my hair treated by. She went the extra mile making sure each product/treatment for my hair was going to work for my hair, and was making sure every detail would be perfect for my wedding this weekend. If you want a place where you feel welcome and to have your hair treated with care, by all means this is the place to go.

I have gotten my hair done by Jaton at Lift for years! I followed her from T. Michaels over to Lift and she has done a fantastic job with the new salon. She is one of the most skilled hair stylists in NWA and the atmosphere of Lift is professional, chic, and just a very cool environment. Color and extensions are specialty at this salon and if you are looking for QUALITY work and professionalism, this is the place. I also have friends that get their hair done by some of the other girls and their work never disappoints. The stylists here are hand picked by some of the best in the industry. Highly recommend!

I was in desperate need of a color correction. Thankfully a good friend connected me with Jaton! She was upfront and honest about what could be completed in the time allotted for the appointment. I trusted her vision that first appointment and every appointment since. I can't imagine going to anyone else. My hair has never looked better and I look forward to seeing her every 4 weeks (darn grey coverage root touch-ups!). We've done light, dark and everything in between and it always looks great. You will walk away looking amazing and feeling great after being in her chair. Jaton is one of the most talented and real people I have met.

So glad I found this salon. I have very curly hair and it's hard for me to find stylists who know what to do with it. Megan did an amazing job and it was one of the best haircuts I have had done. My hair looked beautiful leaving the salon!

Bella is amazing. She talks to her clients about what they want. Looks at, judges texture, weight, and movement of the hair to give them what they want OR talks with them about alternatives. She cares and it shows. 10 stars if I could!

Lift Salon is the best in NWA! I’ll admit that I’m a “high maintenance” blonde—and I don’t trust anyone with my hair except Jaton! She keeps my blonde bright but still natural looking. And most importantly, she maintains the health of my hair! I moved from a bigger metro and was pleased to find such a high end, clean and well ran salon in the area. I highly recommend!
