First Harry is the man!!!

I had a battery die while traveling. The folks at Firestone helped me cut the line and got me a new battery installed in about 30 minutes.

They were really sweet about it and they were pros. The desk guys were great and cleared the deck so we could get helped. Harry who did the work, was a pro with a great bedside manner and since of humor. He got me in and out in no time.

Great customer service, quick turnaround, pricing, and quality-of-service. Brought mine in for a Coolant and Brake fluid change, and then a 3-step Fuel system cleaning, they did a great job, I'd definitely go back.

Fantastic customer service. Went because the dealer suggested a wheel alignment and was told everything looked great. Always get a second opinion on your vehicle.

Matt was absolutely awesome and Firestone Complete Auto Care being open on Sunday just grabbed all of my car care needs! I also have brothers and sisters and 12 Grandchildren of which they all drive. 4 daughters and many friends will start doing business here! So happy someone is open on Sunday to keep us from losing weekday work hours trying to get a tire repaired! Thank you Firestone

Great People, service, location... Unlike the normal automotive repair shops. Very professional. Comfortable for and respectful of female customers.

Even when short staffed they usually get my car done sooner than expected, and I never feel I am over paying.

Had a great experience twice in a row. The wait is not long because there is a good number of team members. The front staff was also quick to help. I will definitely go again. TIP: call, to check tire availability cause they ordered tires quickly for me.

Really amazing service and amazing workers who really took their time with me & my vehicle. They went over and beyond with being short staffed but kept on pushing through each appointment. I took my F150 in for a balance and rotation, oil change and flat repair. Everyone was very friendly and I was happy with the service. Reading a lot of these 1 star reviews it seem to me that it's more about how quickly they turn things around. Quite frankly in today's post COVID world and people not going back to work everyone is understaffed and you will find yourself waiting longer for things in general. - Will return for future service.

Very helpful. Greeted me when I walked in even though they were helping another customer. Put on my spare tire for free even though they couldn't repair my tire. I'll be back!

Great people, went out of their way to send a driver to another Firestone store in Bentonville and back to get a special tire plug for my kis. Can not thank them enough for this. Again Great service and people.

This is the only place I will ever take my car. The staff are great even though challenged with not enough on duty. The place is super clean and they do a great job.
