His is the most honest mechanic shop I have ever experienced. His office help Jeannie helped me locate a shop in Tulsa to do a pre inspections for me. I bought a vehicle there and it was used. This shop is top notch. I will only use them.

I took two vehicles to H.I.S. for repair recently. Aaron and his team took great care of me and I could not be more pleased with their service, communication and commitment to their integrity.
My car was in for noises coming from the front end. The team diagnosed the issue and let me know what it was and how much it would cost. When they were installing the new parts, they found an additional issue that they could have simply ignored. Instead, Aaron called me to discuss and see if I wanted them to fix it. We agreed that it would be best to fix it now and they did.
My truck was in for the Check Engine light and Aaron let me know this was due to a maintenance issue and that there wasn’t anything that needed repair.
H.I.S. has my business as long as I am in the area!

As a military spouse I have lived in numerous states and even different countries, and this is the most impressed I have been with an automotive shop, accumulatively. They truly are honorable, honest, care about their customers, are patient in explaining and teaching, and their actual service speaks for itself. My 14 year old Highlander that I bought brand new all those years ago, it’s finally purring back to how she was. I’m so thankful. I can’t remember what the receptionists name was, but she was always so kind and helpful over the phone, and Aaron was wonderful and really took care of us, and I didn’t get to meet Colton but he was the technician and did an amazing job!

Aaron is a highly skilled shop owner and master technician. For anyone in Centerton or Bentonville, I absolutely trust and love this shop because of their upfront honesty, integrity, and service.

My battery died at my house and I made one phone call to Aaron at H.I.S. automotive on a Sat when he was closing up shop and he came to my house (in centerton) checked my battery starter and alternator all at my house then jump started my car I followed him back to H.I.S. automotive and he replaced my battery and checked my system one last time and I haven't had any trouble since a very knowledgeable man and an even better technician I recommend him to any and everyone who has a vehicle HE CAN DO IT ALL 20 out of 10 he went above and beyond I will definantly be back

Family owned business. The owner, Aaron, introduced himself & daughter and then explained their business model. Great service & got my vehicle repaired as expected. Vehicle runs great. I am switching my whole family fleet to H.I.S. Highly recommended. You will call for an appointment. Simply drop off your car & they will contact you.

Three years later, still taking all my cars here. This place has my forever business. Here’s why…I had 2 Hyundai/KIA vehicles which both needed new engine replacement. Aaron could have done the work but instead he told me the repair should be completely covered by Hyundai/KIA, which he was right. He saved me over $20,000 easily.

Katie and Aaron are amazing!! They communicated super well and were super transparent about the potential repair cost so I wasn’t completely blindsided! Thank you guys a million times, so glad to have my truck back.

Aaron was amazing, very professional and took extra time to explain and demonstrate to my 17 year old son what happened to the wheel on his truck, how it happened, what to look and listen for in the future. I was a new customer and he worked us in the same day, he and the young lady at the front desk called with updates, kept me informed of the cost of parts and repairs before doing anything to the truck. As a female, I was never once belittled or made to feel ignorant when explaining what happened. We’ll continue to use them going forward for sure.

Unbelievable, so hard to find a good honest mechanic these days. I don't know how they're so good and so fast. Pricing is good for how good and fast the work is. Definitely recommend them for sure. Aaron is a great guy

Great service. They stand behind their work. I had an alignment done at H.I.S a couple months ago. I noticed some premature tire wear after the alignment was done. I called H.I.S back and they checked it again for no charge. I haven’t had any problems with it since. I’ve used them multiple times and will be using them again. Fair pricing and quality work.

Our car broke down while on vacation 2 days before we needed to begin a 9 hour drive home with our kids. When I explained the urgency of our situation, H.I.S. got us in the shop that very day and had our battery and alternator replaced by lunch the following day. Even better, their rates were very reasonable and they did not take advantage of our desperation at all. We really appreciate what they did for us and would highly recommend H.I.S. to anyone needing car work performed in northwest Arkansas.

Amazing people and great service! Got a alignment and rotation for less than $130. They also told me I was needing two new tires so they ordered them that day and got them on and me out the door the next morning within an hour of opening! Thanks to them being quick, I was able to still go on my vacation! The owner is super nice and doesn't bear around the bush. Definitely will be going back for all my car needs.

This guy knows his stuff and does good work. Super friendly folks. Recommend. Has given me good advise on issues in the past and recently went above and beyond on my repair. I forgot to tell him my window was off track and it fell and broke during the repair, totally my fault. He got me a new window and installed it properly with no charge for the window work. He also diagnosed and fixed my initial issue. Will definitely keep doing business here.

Their work is fantastic. The price quote for what I needed done was exactly in my budget. I had already had two other mechanics work on the problem that didn't fix it and it was more expensive. They are experts in Honda repair and the front desk girl was so very helpful. Thank goodness we found them. They will service all of my cars from now on.

110% satisfied with my experience with HIS Automotive Repair! They were friendly, fast, and went above and beyond for me! I had some lights come on in my car and took it to Firestone to get a diagnostics on it but the soonest appointment they had was in 6 days from that date. I then did a quick search for other repair shops in the area and gave HIS a call. They were able to take me that day and fixed it the next business day. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and helpful. They quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and kept me up to date on the process. When I picked up my car today and took a look at the receipt they had not only fixed my original problem, they had also gone out of their way to fix a rattling sound my car was making. As someone who just moved to the area and doesn't know much about cars, I sure felt taken care of and will go back for any other service I may need on my car!
