New You Fitness

New You Fitness is a great place to workout - regardless of your fitness goals! I started Feb 2019 in an effort to try something new and add more weights to my routine. I got addicted to the lunch-time bootcamp. In Dec 2019, I added in early morning personal training 3 x / wk. Brett, Canelia and the team are fantastic & experts in their field. Give it a try!

Excellent trainers, they will customize a work out and diet for you, always encouraging and the boot camps are excellent. Highly recommend New You Gym.

Bootcamp class is well worth the money. You will have variety in workouts plus you can adjust to your ability or desire. Everyone at any skill level can get something out of it if I can. 🙂

I’m not here to talk about the weight I have shed or muscle I have built. I’m just here to tell you about a huge issue I have encountered since combining the nutrition and exercise program at NYF. I really hate to say this but since starting the program, there have been several times in class where I have lost my underwear. Like doing jumping jacks, or jump rope, or any bouncing motion and next thing I know my underwear have fallen down to a point where I have to conspicuously try to get them back up. This has also happened with older pants in the comfort of my home. If you want your pants to fall off because they are too big, check it out! As for me, I’m headed to buy myself some smaller britches!

Amazing trainers, variety of classes, great community support and fun way to reach your nutritional goals while having a blast working out. Highly recommend!

Small class sizes, welcoming and friendly atmosphere. Each workout is different and always a challenge, which makes for a nice variation.

I tried one workout here and it was a really friendly environment. They have very upfront and reasonable prices. There was a wide variety of fitness levels and it is a group class.
