11th Avenue Liquor

We walked by this business on our way to a local brewpub. It looked really sketchy at with painted windows. I thought it might be a dispensary or underage club.
On a return trip, we were looking for a place selling Kachka's Horseradish Vodka since they don't sell it at their restaurant. A Google search of liquor stores that carry it led us back here, much to our surprise.
It turns out they've moved in, and it's extremely nice inside. The staff were very helpful and they have about everything one might be looking for.

We found this hidden gem by chance;

We were walking around Portland stopping in all of the antique shops in the area. We had been looking at purchasing a Rye to add to our collection and upon entering the store one of the people at the front greeted us. We continued to browse for a minute or two before someone came to ask us if we were looking for something in particular. We ended up chatting with the guy for probably over half an hour and he told us about this one whiskey they had albeit not rye but bourbon. Even though we had a bourbon in our collection we are not disappointed with his recommendation in the slightest. The last time we were in Portland we were trying to find this same store just because of the knowledgeable staff and great customer service.

11th Ave Liquor is absolutely the best liquor store in Portland, but the real gem of this place is the BEAUTIFUL humidor (pictured below). This is in their new space (as of 04/2021) and it is stocked to the brim with premium cigars and really great prices. I still hold that 11th Ave has the best cigar stock and value in the Portland area. There are other lounges with good options, but none of them come near to the prices 11th Ave has. If you’re a cigar smoker, don’t miss out!!

Helpful employees. They give fantastic recommendations. My home collection definitely has benefited from their knowledge. The store has in my opinion best selection of agave spirits in Portland at great prices. So glad you're in the neighborhood!

Although this is not one of the super mega Mart liquor stores the selection was great prices were good. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they asked and offered snacks to my service dog Lucy. I was impressed to see Deep Eddy Vodka from Austin Texas here and the pricing was comparable to Texas.

For me, the best one stop shop for all things alcoholic. They have it all: beer, spirits, wine, bitters and such to build a cocktail bar, plus special edition and unique liquors. Bonus: a walk in humidor with an excellent selection of cigars to choose from. Great store to stop by for gifts or restocking the home bar.

Great, extremely well-stocked beer, wine, and liquor store. Distilled spirits rule here and the supplies of premium rums from all over, whiskeys, vermouth, tequila, mezcal, and various imported cordials from every quarter of the compass would make even hardened, hip mixologists drool! Saunter on in, chat with the very affable staff, pick your high-end poison, and go home happy!

Great selection of spirits and wine. So many single barrel store pick options that are always worth checking out. The staff is very helpful if you get lost.

This is a rad liquor store! Really nicely laid out with a big beer selection and plenty of other items to choose from. Definitely worth stopping by for your next party.

I forgot OR u can't buy liquor in grocery stores. I was in Safeway looking for hard liquor and was informed of this place. Excellent store. Watch out for the right turns. It becomes one-ways on 12th and its narrow lanes - I turned right and it wasn't a smooth turn.

This is the best liquor store in Portland. Super well stocked, great prices, and friendly, helpful staff. Josh was able to helps us find the perfect Scotch for my dad and a lovely gin for my mom. His expertise was truly impressive. Josh saved Christmas!!

They have everything! Great selection on pretty much anything you're looking for, from bottom of the barrel to top shelf liquors. Great prices and sales all the time. They also have all sorts of mixers and a wide selection of cigars, if that's your thing. Great staff too!
