I’ve been a pleased Verizon customer for over 20 years in Texas and a few years in Arkansas. The Centerton Store is the best. Clay was personable patient and polite. He knows what he’s doing.

After trying to call the verizon customer care number, being on hold for 30 minutes, and text chatting with a person from verizon and getting nowhere, I decided to go into the centerton location. Clay was super helpful and was able to get my issue resolved in less than 10 minutes! I would highly recommend him if you’re having any sort of issue. He was so kind and eager to help in any way he could!

Jonah was incredibly helpful! My wife and I both were able to upgrade our phones and get new Apple Watches with his guidance.

I even save 30 dollars a month on Wi-Fi by getting service thru Verizon! Phenomenal job sir !

Caelin was very welcoming and engaging. Sat in there for about two hours or so because I had way too many games installed 😅. Shared stories and jokes and the time honestly flew. He was very professional but still showed he was human and not a marketing robot. Overall very good experience, 10/10 would recommend getting your new phone there.

Yes we do not like Verizon corporate office but these people here with Misty and Landry they're the most professional people I've ever met, I think they deserve it 10 star piece. We came in yesterday frustrated and Misty came and went above and beyond and fixed her mobile hotspot good job.
