My nurse Erin was a pro today. She was very thorough with every aspect of administrating my treatment. Also a good note is all staff workers asked me all the identity questions of my name birthday address and phone number. I've heard of other hospitals missing on this and rooming the wrong patient.

The opthamalogist, Dr. Ma, had a good assistant who explained what we were doing and cared about my case. My eyes were dilated so I could not read the assistant's name - sorry. Dr. Ma told me my treatment options for this complication after cataract surgery, and approved the followup treatment. Before I left, the assistant came back in the room and found me an appointment for the eye procedure - all done in one visit! This is the benefit of an integrated network of providers who know each other, and know the capabilities of the system members to get something done.

My last four visits to oncology has been wonderful. Carol, Sara, and Erin were all so kind, positive and just made a rough situation easy. I am forever grateful!

I called in for a concern about my left eye, answered questions to get me directed to proper department, then waited a short time to get appointment that day for a Dr to look at my problem. I was so impressed and grateful for this response.

It was quick & thorough, yet professional. They offered to print me a handout regarding a new ( to me ) medication that I would be "infused" with in the very near future. I wasn't aware that that was available @ my Doctor's visit @that time. It was very thoughtful & quite helpful in preparing me for upcoming infusion treatments & what I will have to expect & endure.

I've Work with wonderful doctors when it comes to both my Boys. Doctor skillicorn Is a very kind sweet. helped diagnose my youngest son with autism. She Worked well with him and he was very Little.

Doctor Copelan Diagnosed my oldest son with ADHD and autism. With her help We also found out That our oldest son has epilepsy. See dinos our youngest son
has ABHD just like his brother. Photo my sons have had their surgeries here to. Staff takes good care of every patient here.

The Rheumatology doctor was very kind. She was very thorough when she looked me over to help me Find out that I definitely have fibromyalgia.

Kari Sunshine is an awesome PT. I really feel she is the missing link in so many questions I had about post-breast cancer treatments, as in what to expect, dealing with the swelling, etc. From Kari and Wendy I've learned proper self-massage and stretching techniques and feel supported in all of my questions. Thank you!

I came to see Dr. Maheshwari for some injections today. Greeted by Cathy who was kind. Dr. Maheshwari came in, we chatted, agreed on treatment and then it was go time! He is kind, gentle, informative and I trust him. I feel great after my injections and can’t thank him enough!

From the moment I checked in to the time I left, I was met with courteous staff. I felt welcome, supported, and everyone either answered my questions or anticipated them by explaining what was ahead and why we were doing this or that or talking about this or that. I love this health care team.

Allergy dept. We showed up early. Didn't have to wait, got right in. Dr. Chan was nice, explained what was going to happen, asked for any questions. His nurse Collon was super nice, friendly, helpful, funny and explained things in details. He did the testing with expertise. I didn't mind getting stuck with needles today.

Went to Dermatology to see Dr Mason for cancerous spot on arm. This is the third time she's seen us for various reason. Today was exactly the same, super care we've had every time we are in her department. The clinic and staff are fabulous as well as everyone else in that facility!

Everyone from the lab tech, to check in counter, to nurse, to doctor were all kind, respectful and pleasant. Thank you for your wonderful service

The doctor remembered me and my past symptoms and treatments veen though I have only seen him twice before. He was friendly and listened well. he is very knowledgeable in his field. He has also treated my husband and said he loves being a familt doctor. He asked me if I had questions and answered them thoroughly.

It was my fist treatment for AMD. The clinicians were thoughtful and professional. My anxieties going into this appointment were assuaged. I became more comfortable and knew I was in good hands.

My technician, Grace was great! No complaints as to how I was treated knowing how busy these nurses are and that some patients need more care than others. I have always been treated with excellent care every time I have gone for treatment.

Roddy did a great job, painless stick of the needle. Best I've had in many weeks. All the nurses do a great job.

We love our nurse and Dr Rarey. They make this experience the best that it can be under our current circumstances. My daughter feels safe and loved here and that’s all that matters.

Dr Maheshwari quickly narrowed down the source of my pain, and helped me understand what I need to do to maintain/improve wellness. I'm very grateful.

Dr. Han and the 4 women who assisted my surgery were great! They listened to me and helped me feel cared for, especially during the procedure!!
