Absolutely the BEST place to get your hair cut!!! They are excellent, have amazing customer service, and are reasonably priced! Highly recommend!

Original review: Had to wait about 15 even though I made an appointment and the check in told me "won't be long" which was kind of odd... there were 3 other appointments who arrived after me but were seated before me. Otherwise, it was my first time at a barber shop and from my experience I really couldn't ask for more! Very friendly and good conversation with Monica, but also had a great/efficient haircut and have received compliments since yesterday already! She also asked me at the end of the haircut if I would like it shorter, but recommended to keep it at length. Worth tipping then, and will return. Also noticed after I left that my sideburns were a little uneven, but it was an easy fix on my own with a razor at home. I do give it 4 stars here, but if I could do decimals I would really give it a 4.4 (still very good).

edit: they have been much faster then the first time I went in and made this review. Therefore I will round it up to 5 stars. Still get great haircuts and service here, compliments also follow.

Joel is a stud I won’t go anywhere else hair cut is on point and he is very easy to talk to about how life is going and is a great listener I really appreciate he’s a great barber

I always see Mark who is a US Navy Veteran who is meticulous in giving you the haircut you want.

Extremely good haircut, precisely what I asked for. The customer service is out of this world, always friendly and making the classic “awkward haircut” experience instead a very comfortable and relaxing experience. Wonderful experience, I definitely recommend to anyone who wants a professional haircut experience.

I have been “burned” by just about every other haircut place in the area, especially the big chain ones. I have never been disappointed with any of the haircuts I’ve received here, no matter who provides it. Fantastic service, great people, and attention to detail in the haircut every time. I’ll gladly wait a week for an appointment if necessary just to get in here (thankfully that long of a wait is not usually necessary).

I love this barbershop. The family dynamic is a strong selling point for me particularly but even if it's not for you, they are so captivating.

Hard working people with earnest stories, quality work ethic, and the phenomenal taste as far as decor and tools used.

Pricing is more than fair for what you pay and they genuinely have your best interest in mind as far as looking and feeling your absolute best.

Recently relocated to Grove, Ok from Santa Clarita, CA and after extensive research I decided to make the hour drive to Centerton. Well worth the trip. Quality cut, excellent customer service, fantastic prices.

At my job part of my role is client satisfaction so when I see a business go above and beyond I notice. I called Capps the other day in need of a haircut because of some important meetings coming up but they were booked solid. They put me on the cancelation list meaning if someone canceled an appointment they'd call me and give me the spot. The owner overheard the conversation and called me an hour later. He wasn't going to let me go to an important meeting looking scraggly so he squeezed me into his already full schedule and got me cleaned up. That friends is customer service! These folks do both men's and women's cuts and even women's colors and are the friendliest people you've ever met. Plus they do fantastic work! Give them a call you won't be disappointed.

I love Capps, they always do an excellent job and I never have to ask them to fix anything! I tell them exactly what I want when I get there, and they do it with great attention to detail and are always very polite! Great LOCAL family owned business and not a big chain. Highly recommend!

Came in to visit family from out of town (Montana) and was recommended here. The cut was great and I even got a beard trim while in the seat. Great value, great people and family owned and operated! I definitely recommend stopping in if you need a cut or trim.
