Bubba's Barbecue

If you are ever in or near the area, you must stop here! This is some of the Best BBQ I've had in a long time!!! Not only is their food some of the most tender and flavorful I've had, but the service is top-notch. The ribs are fall off the bone tender and delicious. The chicken is full of great smoky flavor and juicy. The shredded pork was awesome as well. The sauce was also tasty. The beans were yummy, and the slaw was out of this world delicious 😋 😍!! I truly think it is the best I've ever had. It's a cute place. If you're ever wanting great BBQ, be sure to stop by here first and last. You will be happy that you did. The test of good BBQ is how it tastes before smothering in sauce - the place passes! Good food, loved the sauce, enjoyable atmosphere. The ladies here were friendly and very welcoming. To the staff (FOH and BOH): job well done. Had the half chicken and ribs combo. Chicken was just slightly overdone; but still had good flavor. Ribs were what I was expecting and hoping for. Overall a lovely meal - Not the very best BBQ I have ever had; but, very good! I’ll be back, baby.

Bubba's is the only BBQ to eat when in Eureka Springs! I have been enjoying their food for many years when in town. The food is always top notch and the service is the best in town. The ribs are amazing and the sauce is too. I always have a hard time choosing my meal because everything is good 😁
They are very puppy friendly so bring them with you 🐕‍🦺

The place is very clean. And I mean VERY clean, including the restrooms.
Nicely dressed people to help you decide what to eat if you run out of decisions.
Food was good. Not outstanding but good and decent.
Warning: if you choose any alcoholic beverage (beer and wine included) from the menu, you will need to show a valid photo ID. It was the first time ever (for me) when I got to be asked about my ID in a restaurant so I could buy a beer, despite of my face that doesn't hide my age and my grey hair. But we laughed on it. Just so you know.

Wow…just wow! Bubba’s was fantastic! Friends and I were in town for a few days for a work event. Not kidding, two of us ate there three times in two days and don’t regret it one bit! The food was w excellent and service was warm and inviting. We had Darby as our server two days in a row and we absolutely LOVED her! I can’t wait for our next trip to Eureka Springs and dinner at Bubba’s!!

The staff was just amazing! Our waitress, Molly, was super sweet. The entire staff was super accommodating to my husband’s service dog, made us feel very welcome. Food was so good, meat was tender, flavor was amazing.

What a find! This was the best meal my family enjoyed during our week in NW Arkansas. Welcoming, casual atmosphere. Great service. Delicious food! I loved the pulled pork plate and my 2 adult sons enjoyed the beef brisket plates. Bubba's Key Lime pie was better than any I had in 3 decades of FL living. I prefer a sweeter coleslaw but my sons liked the slaw just fine so they ate mine, too. I'm not much of a baked beans lover, but Bubba's beans are fantastic. You'll have scrumptious, memorable meals at Bubba's.

A nice little barbecue place in Eureka Springs. The inside is decorated like a retro diner and is a little small but they have a nice patio outside that will seat quite a few people. They have a lot of good options for food so it’s easy to find something delicious. The pulled pork sandwich was very good and the coleslaw is fantastic! I really enjoyed their homemade barbecue sauce! Bubba’s Barbecue is a great place to get some good barbecue food, if you are a fan then you will enjoy eating here!

This is a family restaurant, we enjoyed the atmosphere and the food was amazing! Definitely will stop again next time we are in Eureka Springs.

Retro vibes make this barbecue joint the place to be at ! Our waitress was awesome ! The menu is straight to the point , meats and sides . Price was $8-9 a plate . Food was mouth watering ! If you find yourself in eureka , defiantly stop here !

GREAT FOOD!!! Great atmosphere! I had the nachos (pictured). My mom had an incredible pulled pork sandwich. Highly recommended!!

Staying a few days in Eureka Springs from Houston, Texas. Was missing some good’ol BBQ and this place hit the spot. The food was good and the service superb.

What a treasure to stumble across this delicious BBQ restaurant. We had the sampler and everything was good! We splurged when the waitress asked if we wanted any desert. Don't miss their key lime pie. It was some of the best we've ever had.

Very friendly staff and good food, they loaded up my sammy (pulled pork) and it was great
my son had a burger with chilli on it and it was an absolute mess, he loved it, I had a bowl of chilli and it was ALMOST as good as mine

Had a rough start to the day and needed a nice place for lunch. Chicken sandwich was delicious. Busy place but not loud or obnoxious, so I was able to recoup and relax for lunch. Staff are so sweet and attentive. Very clean. Thanks for helping turn my day around.

Great little place away from all the craziness of downtown. We were drawn in by a sign we saw the sign for a smoked Bologna Sandwich. We went back the next day and they did not have that but they did have a smoked bologna with pulled pork sandwich and that is what she ordered. I ordered the 3 little pigs and both were wonderful. Great smoke flavor and sauces were good as well. Sides were good standards. We sat on the patio and enjoyed the afternoon breeze. Service was attentive and friendly!

I have been going here since I was a kid and it only seems to get better! I highly recommend the veggie burger and the veggie nachos if you're avoiding meat like I do. They're both delicious!

Loved this place. The food was great! My husband had the beef brisket sandwich and said it was the best that he's had in years. I had the chicken salad and they definitely didn't skimp on the chicken. I had chicken with nearly every bite and it had so much flavor. We ate outside on their patio. It was very pleasant. The service was delightful and very friendly without being almost on top of you the whole time. Will definitely go back... oh and definitely get the fries. They are worth it!!!

Food was delicious. I had the brisket tacos and the meat just melted in your mouth they were delicious and the wait staff was super sweet and nice! Definitely deserves 5 stars!
