Stephen and everyone at StrongPoint is absolutely amazing! They go above and beyond for their community, the grace and the kindness they have shown will always be remembered! We’ve had a unit there for a little over a year and I’m going to miss calling in our payment each month. The facility is clean, easy to access and very affordable. 100% recommend!

No complaints. The gate was not working for a while, but it's fixed now. Service is good when you need help. With the new gate system my code changed and I couldn't get in. I had to call when I was taking some things in. Yanisha answered quickly and helpful, got me my new code after confirming my identity in a couple minutes and I didn't have to wait or change my plans

I have had many storage units across town. Michael & Steven were top notch. Both very knowledgeable and professional walking us thru the process of securing our unit. They provided us the cost of all storage facilities across town and the specials each were running. This service was way beyond expectation and saved us a lot of time running around. Strong point facility is extremely clean and well maintained. They provide large carts for easy off loading and loading as well as 2 large freight elevators. All units are climate controlled. Highly recommend their facility!

I’m moving (because the owner’s of my house are moving back in). Most stressful move following a respiratory virus and the fact it’s unexpected. The movers I chose thanks to input from “Nextdoor” is Young’s Moving…they referred me to StrongPoint Storage. This far both are very professional, courteous and on top of all the details! Expecting 100% satisfaction!

Nice clean units. I've been renting for over a year. Convenient location and access points have been great for loading and unloading. I store family photos and antiques in the climate-controlled units and feel they are protected and safe from the elements. Stephen, the location manager, is very customer oriented and knowledgeably facilitates the rental process.

Great place for storage, only five minutes from our house. And the price for an indoor storage is great also.

Excellent customer service at the front desk. Stephen Lewis was super nice, easy to work with. The storage building feels safe and very clean, also have bathrooms indoor with water fountain. All storage units are climate controlled. Thank you Stephen for all your help.

Great customer service by Stephen at the front desk. He was very courteous and helpful. Even came up to my storage unit to show me how to open the unit when I couldn’t figure it out. Unit itself and general area was very clean. Definitely recommend this place.

We used this facility in preparation for my husbands deployment. It was easily the best experience I’ve had with a storage facility. Setting up our account with Marquetta over the phone was so quick and easily. She made sure we got the best deal available. When we arrived, it exceeded our expectations. It was clean, secure, and very user friendly! Jackie is super sweet & helpful while we were moving out. If we needed storage again for any reason, we would return here without a doubt!

This place is really nice! Clean and safe, won’t find a nicer storage facility in NW Arkansas. Stephen was amazing, so helpful and answered all of my questions. Storage rooms are well lit and easy to access, wide hallways.

Very Friendly staff. Climate controlled storage units are great. Well worth the price and they have ways for you to earn money just by getting friends or family to get a storage unit. You benefit and your friends or family will benefit. Check them out, I am sure they will take care of you.
