I've seen a lot of negative reviews but I've never had any problems
The only problem I have is there permanently closed now
I hope that they open another store here in Jonesboro
I enjoyed shopping there and like I said I never had a problem

Store is decent. the employee that has tattoos was really cool and helpful

Their selection is ok. My kids sometimes find shoes they like here. I bought some sandals here once that I like. The employees are almost always nice. They give a good discount for being military.

Found a cute pair of sandals and ordered my husband a pair of dress shoes. Service was excellent.

When in the store on 5/17/23 in the evening, the man at the front behind the register was on the phone flirting with someone. He was discussing their likes and what not. Then began talking about how they enjoyed watching blood coming from a rabbit as a child. This went on until someone went to check out. All while the older lady he was working with what straightening up shelves and helping customers.
I've always loved coming to this store but this needs to be taken care of immediately.

Went in looking for shoes a few weeks ago. One associate greeted us and asked if we needed help, didn't know what we were looking for yet so we said we just wanted to browse. When we finally found a shoe we wanted, it was not in the proper box, so we had to hunt down the box it was supposed to be in. They only put one mate out since they have a problem with shoplifting, i suppose. We had to hunt for the right size ourselves. Since all 3 of the associates were at the register talking amongst themselves as to what their weekend plans were. Another thing that was unpleasant is that the store wasn't organized, it was in a bit of disarray and hard to find shoes. We gave up and went to Academy

Only 1 guy on the floor helping everyone, which was busy when I was there. And another guy running cash register. But since I never been there before, I asked where to shop for women's shoes and cashier told me. I didn't need any other help, but a few older woman kept calling out for the guy on the floor... who was helping several people. I think he was doing best he could. Reasonably priced so I went ahead and got 2 pairs.

I went here for some dress shoes and came out with some slides. Plus, I was able to buy a pair for a friend
However, I asked both employees about my AAA discount and neither one of them had a clue, what I was talking about or how it worked. I would love to use it here, but if I can't I will be moving on to where I can.
