Larry is one of the best realtors in Arkansas and was the president of a local board of realtors at one time. I've worked with Larry many times over the years and have found him to be extremely professional and a darn good person. As a property manager Larry is obligated by contract to protect his property owners. When the property is damaged by renters or property is stolen, deposit money has to be used to restore the property. The negative reviews reflect disgruntled renters who deserved to have their deposit money used for that purpose.

I have rented property from Larry Kelly in Bella Vista and had no issues with his service or staff. I made sure I paid on time and every request that I asked to be fixed was completed. I liked the service so much that after my lease was up I used him to purchase my property.

There is definitely a lack of professionalism among the rental property management staff. I would recommend video recording the walk-throughs before and after renting because they will make up things to charge you for so they do not have to pay back your deposit. I lived in a rental for 5 years and took care of the property as if it was my own. I even did some of the repairs myself because their incompetent maintenance staff was unable to handle it. When we left the house, we worked our fingers to the bone to make sure it was clean and that all the light bulbs worked. During the walk-through, the property manager commented on how good the condition of the house was when we left and verified that all the light bulbs worked. Yet they still charged us over $300 for "maintenance and cleaning," including light bulb replacement. They are shamefully dishonest and unprofessional.

Do not ever rent from Larry Kelly and associates realty! (Bentonville area) This is the worst company I have ever rented from. They are rude, unorganized and impossible to work with. Please tell your friends.

It's a long story, but they basically told me I broke my contract even though I gave them proper notice. They kept my $1500 deposit And said I owed them over $500 for maintenance. They called me months after I had moved out and accused me of stealing pool equipment.... The list goes on.

DO NOT RENT FROM LARRY KELLY AND ASSOCIATES! THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER UNTIL THE BITTER END. They will charge you everything possible, so they will not have to pay back your deposit.
Did a light bulb burn out? They will charge you.... did you decorate and hang a picture? They will charge you... did your smoke detectors have batteries the were half used? They will charge you for new ones. Did they say that they needed to fix the broken blinds? They never will and will charge you....
If you need maintenance, they will call you at work and tell you that they are there to fix it, with no notice or acknowledgement that you have a different schedule. If you tell them no, and that they will have to schedule it at least 24hrs in advance, then it is not getting done, EVER! And eventually they will stop acknowledging your requests.
If you live in one of their rentals, and the couch leaves a normal "couch" mark on one wall... be prepared to be charged over 200 dollars for a one wall paint job. Did you leave the house clean when you left? They will send someone to take credit for it, then charge you a cleaning fee.

I wish I could give no stars at all, they deserve zero. The staff is a complete joke. They are as rude as can be. I pulled up into my driveway and was informed right then and there that they had scheduled an open house while I was still renting the property, and went into my house with my animals and belongings there WITHOUT notice or consent from me. And then they proceeded to YELL at ME whenever I showed I was angry and upset about them coming in my house without permission. Nothing was in the lease giving them that permission either. Maintenance never gets done until months later and if your lucky enough to even GET maintenance it's completely awful and sometimes worse then what it began with. They wont work with your schedule, and it's always their way or the highway. I can honestly say they are the very most unprofessional people I have ever rented from and they will not ever get another dime from me after this lease is up. Hope you read this before it's too late and your stuck with them for a year or more!!!

I called the number listed for a house I was interested in renting. The realtor (Paula, I think was her name) that answered sounded very inconvenienced and agitated by my call. When I asked politely for more information on the home, I just got silence on her end until I started asking questions to which I got a few short, rude answers. I asked if I could look at the property... I was told that she was in the middle of buying a phone or something to that nature and she'll have to cal me back (which would have been completely fine with me had she not sounded so rude and agitated when talking to me). I asked if she wanted my number. She sighed. So I told her nevermind I will call her back at a later time. Very unprofessional and rude. Based on the rest of the reviews I don't think I'll be renting from them.

Parking on top of a handicap ramp? Shame on you!

Use caution with this company. I was very disappointed in their lack of professionalism across the board. They were difficult to get in contact with, did not respond in any kind of timely manner and proved to be unfriendly. As a home owner or renter, I would not recommend using this company.
