My husband and I were visiting Portland and we had some time to kill before heading to the airport so we decided to stop in. As soon as we walked in, we told Eric Barr, the associate in the store, that we were just browsing and would not be purchasing because we live on the East coast but are in the market for a new bed. Eric could have turned us loose and not thought twice about us but instead he treated us with the same sincerity and respect as he would have a paying customer. He went as far as getting us “fitted” for a mattress using the smart bed technology. He educated us and talked to us about the different types of mattresses, etc. If we were local, we would have purchased on the spot. Thank you, Eric, for your kindness and education.

I have been a BedMart customer for 24 years. I worked with Eric on getting my mattress. He put in a ton of time and patience helping me get the correct product for my body pain issues. I went with an adjustable bed and look forward to much better sleep. I will never go anywhere else to buy my mattresses. I also had my mom purchase a mattress with Eric. Thank you Eric for all of your patience and knowledge of what the body needs for good quality and healthy sleep.

Eric Barr was PHENOMENAL!!! We were looking for a mattress and went to Mattress World and had a horrible experience. We came here and Eric really made up for that bad experience. Tom was very helpful and low pressure. He listened to what I was looking for and my budget and lead me to several possible options. I felt heard and well taken care of. I was given all the time I needed to try out the mattresses without any interruptions. It was a very positive experience and I feel like I was able to get a good price on a great mattress.

Jeff and Tom have such amazing customer service! Jeff definitely helped me and my husband narrow down our options to the perfect mattress. Jeff was amazing!! He gave us the best customer service and walked us through what was a ton of different options as we were both picky with our selection. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. In the end we felt extremely satisfied with the bed we chose and felt well taken care of as customers.He definitely made it so that we will come back when we need another bed 10 years from now!

I had a great experience, Jeff helped me and was very informative. Honestly my girlfriend drug me in there and we were just going in to look. I didn't feel pressured what so ever and Jeff really made us feel comfortable and showed us he cared about what we were looking for in a bed. After a few short conversations with Jeff and a decent amount of time on the mattresses we decided to buy one. It was a quick easy understandable process and it was delivered the very next day.

Wow! We were so pleasantly surprised with our experience at BedMart and with Jeff who is AMAZING at his job. He is so knowledgable and open to hearing exactly what you are looking for and what you need, so committed to helping you find that perfect mattress. Everything I thought mattress shopping would be was thrown out the window with Jeff's service. We were not quite ready to pull the trigger on upgrading to a king bed but once we are we will be coming right back to Jeff!

Jeff helped us find an awesome mattress at a great price in no time at all. Was super friendly, efficient, and helpful. Easy sale and pick-up arranged for the next day! So much better than our experience at other mattered stores.

Jeremy is the best sales person and customer service oriented individual I have ever met. He didn't try and upsale me - he guided me to the perfect mattress. He took the time to explain the differences to me. I made the best purchase. The Kingsdown mattress is amazing. I have had the best nights sleep in years since this arrived last week. We just happened to stumble upon BedMart after picking somethings up at Lowes and we are so glad that we did. We’ve been hesitant to go into mattress stores, not wanting to deal with pushy sales people. Luckily, Jeff was the one who helped us and he was great! He gave us a quick run down to get us started, but let us take our time figuring it out. We settled on a tempurpedic and are getting it delivered in 3 days (other places were quoting us at least 6 weeks). Highly recommend coming here and working with Jeff!

Really appreciated the knowledge and friendliness of James Crews when we bought two mattresses yesterday. We walked in not really knowing what we wanted, and we felt like he helped guide us to something we would like that fit what we were looking for. Would go to him again if I need to buy a new mattress.

As a plus, Darryl and Joe delivered the next day and were courteous, professional, and arrived on time. It was a good experience all around.

I was going in just to look, Jeff introduced himself and was very polite and not overbearing. He wasn't trying to force or push a sale on me (which I really liked). He genuinely cared about my needs and what I was looking for in a mattress. He answered all of my questions and would give me time and space to think for myself. Like most salesmen, he didn't tell me what I needed and try to sell the most expensive bed. Jeff really was awesome and even though I was just going in to look, I ended up buying a new bed and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this place and doing business with Jeff.

I stopped at this Bedsmart in Hayden Meadows with my sister to look for a new mattress. Jeff was so helpful in helping me understand the difference in the types of mattresses and the different brands. I gave him my price range and then he had me try two different mattresses and when I chose one, he then had me try another one that was similar. Through elination process I found the perfect mattress for me. Thank you, Jeff!!

My Gf and I visited the store on a whim. We knew we wanted a memory foam mattress but weren't sure about the type. Jeff gave us outstanding service. Seriously grade A+. We ended up spending over an hour at the store, tested multiple mattresses many times and finally found the perfect option for our budget and comfort needs.

Wow! If you are interested in a non-pushy, exceptional mattress purchasing experience, come here. This was a random stop in just to see what we would be interested in. Tim was phenomenal, he was the nicest person, it didn't even feel like we were buying a mattress. From the get go, he let us pick what we wanted, gave recommendations, and assisted us in finding a new bed. What a new experience and can't wait for our new bed. We felt good about purchasing from a local business, we felt safe purchasing during Covid, he was very good about social distancing & wearing a mask. We will recommend Tim, and this place from now on. Not to mention, Vancouver residents have their tax paid and free delivery, sold!
