Basey's Roofing

We have used Basey’s several times for various roofing needs. They have always provided excellent service. Our interactions with staff have been courteous and our roof issues have been successfully repaired. When it is time for a new roof they will be our company.

We requested they look at our roof in Pea Ridge. We suspected hail damage. They came out and looked it over. They found no hail damage and fixed a couple of nails that had popped up. Gave an estimate of roofs life and that it didn’t need replaced. They didn’t charge us a thing!! Absolutely the best customer service!! I will recommend Basey’s to everyone.

I had to have Basey out to my place so I could show him the mess my last contractor left me with when he promised it was fixed and it wasn’t (in addition to the fact that the previous attempt at stopping the massive leaks only made a bad situation worse). I’m due to open my AirBnB in just a few days and the leak was over the main entrance drenching anyone who happened to be trying to get into the house. So I needed the mess cleaned up and repairs done BEFORE I went live with the AirBnB. Despite being booked a ways out, Nick G found one of his guys that he could spare for a few hours. He got it all fixed and cleaned up in one day! It’s now pouring out but my front porch is nice and dry! Thank you, Thank you, thank you!

I 100% absolutely recommend Basey Roofing. They are wonderful to work with. They were recommended to me by my State Farm Agent who had nothing but praise about their quality of work when we were doing a roof claim on my house. We had them come out after all the crazy storms hit and we noticed our roof tiles were off the roof. Basey came to our home, and assessed the damage and were quick to get it fixed for us. They also have come back since and helped with roof tiles that have come up with all the weather we have gotten lately. I highly recommend Nick and all the guys with the company. They are easy to work with and offer great prices. I am so thankful they are here and look forward to working with them more in the future.

When I called about a leak Dylan was here the very next day sealed the leak and fixed another problem area while on the roof. Dylan was very knowledgeable and professional and reasonably priced. I would highly recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to call them again

We had a substantial amount of damage from the hail event on Feb 15. We reached out to 3 roofing companies for bids. Two came (one claimed they don't do bids...they work directly with your insurance- HUGE red flag!). Nick from Basey's came out, inspected our exterior, got on the roof, took measurements, verified what needed to done and walked us through the details. He came up with a clear and comprehensive bid to complete all the work including scheduling the company to replace our gutters and downspouts which were also damaged. He was awesome to work with and oversaw the job and came out after it was complete to verify we are happy and to get photos. We'll definitely use Basey's again without hesitation!

Dylan came out to check a leak around our chimney on our shoddily installed metal roof. He not only found our leak, but he also found other items and helped my husband figure out how to fix them himself.

Highly recommended. I've had two occasions that required inspection/repair. They've always been prompt in scheduling and transparent in their quotes. I feel that they are focused on the customer and not just the job.

Basey’s was very punctual and respectful of our home. They showed up when they said they would and completed the task quickly wile not sacrificing quality. They cleaned up behind themselves each and every day, and left our house looking better than before they started. This is a roofer you can trust, Nick especially did a great job for us.

They returned our phone call immediately and we’re at our house the next day installing gutters and repairing our roof. The house looks so much better and it’s made a huge difference in drainage issues. I cannot recommend them enough! It’s hard to find a company that does such a great job with speed and professionalism, and at such an affordable rate!

Great experience with Basey's! Total roof and gutter replacement after the October tornado. Pete did a great job walking us through the process, roof selection etc. The crew did a fantastic job, were fun to chat with, never a mess, just a great experience overall. They did several homes on my block and they all look great. Highly recommend these guys.

Nick was great to work with. So professional and knowledgeable. The roof was replaced in two days and the temperature exceeded 100 degrees. The guys on the roof worked hard and long days. Very courteous. The leaf gutter guard company Nick recommended was well worth waiting for.

Our experience with Basey's putting on our new roof couldn't have been better. They came when they said they would, walked the yard to thoroughly clean up the mess, did excellent work and helped us save money in anyway they could. Also, Nick was great to work with. We wholeheartedly give them a stellar 5 stars.

Nick and his team are awesome. My mom's house was pretty damaged in the storm we had in April. When my daughter recommended him, she did me a huge service. Nick took so much stress off my shoulders, simply by doing what he does every day, which is customer service.He's a wonderful and respectful young man, hard worker and cares about his clients. Thanks Nick. I definitely recommend this man. Very reasonable on his prices and never once felt that he was only in it for the money. He earns a 7 out of 5. Just marvelous. We've been calling Basey's for years for any of our roof concerns and always feel like we're getting an honest answer and quality work at a fair price. They have repaired our roof by replacing shingles when necessary and have kept us appraised on the condition of the roof without unnecessary up sells. While many of our neighbors are having their roofs replaced, perhaps unnecessarily, Nick from Basey's has kept the water off our heads and our roof looking great without a full replacement. Our roof won't last forever, and Nick informed us that it will need to be replaced sooner rather than later but we know when it's time to be replaced, they're not just upselling to get a quick buck. Basey's roofing is that rare, honest company that can relied on to to the job right and not oversell. Highly recommended!
