Best place to go for a good price. Back in the day it was a place to go for a cheap tool you could abuse and if it broke it's no big deal. Over the years the quality of tools stands up to name brand. If not better. Great customer service!!

I’ve come to really appreciate Harbor Freight and the products they carry and price points for items compared to the big box stores.

I usually shop here in response to specials they are offering. Iʻve been happy with the value and quality.

Harbor Freight had some specialty tools I needed at a good price. The staff was able to understand my needs and suggest tools for my specific challenge.

I always find what I need, the staff is always very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are great too.

Harbor freight staff are always helpful and they have the best prices and deals in town. To be honest their stuff lasts just as long as the big chains. For home use and hobbyist you just can't get better deals!

Beware! Easy to find yourself in there for an hour when you had one item to pick up. Such a unique and diverse array of items and they're all priced at a point that makes you buy items you dont need but can rationalize in a nanosecond because.... who doesn't want an electric fly swatter for 3.29?

I buy my all my tools from Harbor Freight. Before I go to Lowe's or Home Depot I check prices at HF. Nearly every time HF wins the lowest price.

Friendly staff, love that the coupons are now all electronic.
I feel like this store has a little bit of everything that you could possibly need.
Is it the highest quality of items? No, not really, but it also won't fall apart or quit worked after the first use. It's great for inexpensive tools.

Most every time I walk into here, I'm like a child walking into a candy store.

Good tools at a reasonable price. Much of their inventory doesn't have the same quality and durability of the much higher priced "name brand" tools that you can get at other retailers, and I probably wouldn't purchase certain products that I intended to use repetitively.

However, the range, variety, and selection of tools is great, and highly recommended for the periodical DIYer.

Angela is always working hard and has a smile on her face. Her customer service was amazing, and I enjoyed our quick chat together before she had to help other customers. People like her are why I love coming to this location. Give that woman a raise!

This location has definitely earned our loyalty for repeat business. They were very helpful on the phone when we called inquiring about a mobile garage. We purchased one and the entire thing was a disaster. The tent was hell to put together and we had issues after it was done. We called the store hoping for at least a partial refund if we were to return it because it just wasn't working for us. We couldn't get everything back in the box and they were still kind enough to not only refund our money, but to help unload the returned product. Very impressed with their customer service!

Great prices and fairly great tools! Harbor freight is my go to tool store when I'm paying for the tools and they do not disappoint. Lots of times their warranties really come in handy.
