Super busy pharmacy in a very small town. Have been a customer for actual decades, since previous owners. Always very friendly staff, although they’re constantly dealing with people inside, at the drive through, on the phone!. Pharmacist will helpfully suggest money saving options when possible. Appreciate them all.

They have always helped me to get my refills....appreciate them contacting my health provider when prescription has expired.

Due to some medical issues I have become a regular customer in the last year, and the kind people at Smith Pharmacy have taken good care of me. They provide a wonderful service to our community.

My family and I have been using smiths for years, they’ve never been rude to us, they always smile, if they are busy and we wait a little they always apologize. We have never left disappointed, we continue to use them even though we live in Rogers now. They are outstanding people and are very on top of things. We always leave with a smile on our faces. I highly recommend them.

The staff at Smiths Drug are super responsive to our needs at all times. They are friendly, courteous and quick to fill our prescriptions. We say this as we have used other pharmacies in the area. My back was out and hubby went in to get Biofreeze. The owner was very accomodating and even gave him a snickers mini bar to make me feel better, as chocolate always does! Great place.

We were on a anniversary and stayed in Eureka Springs, we were from Missouri and i had forgotten a medication and needed to have it. With the help of the wonderful staff here. They helped me in getting a hold of my Dr and getting a prescription sent to them so I could have it. They were so wonderful. Thank you to your staff. I wish I could remember the lady that helped me. Despite being discharged at ESH at 530, and forgeting our rx paper,
They where able to work with the hospital over the phone last minute to make sure my extremly nauseated girlfriend still got her script as we where on the road and still in transit.

Very kind and easy to work with, made sure to wear mask and also reminded us to hand sanitize after using their clipboard to sign.

It seems out of towners are extremely dissatisfied with the services here but this is a small town and Smith took on the clients from medical park when it closed. Yes rxs are cheaper at Walmart if you want to support that conglomerate but Eureka is about small businesses. Smith drug isn't perfect but the people there are friendly and helpful if not overwhelmed.

I had a very pleasant experience last week when I came in. You gave me excellent customer service when I was there. There was not much of a wait at all....10 minutes tops. Thank you, for being there for all of us. 😊

The pharmacist have always given me excellent suggestions and are willing t to talk to me about health issues . they do get busy at times and I sometimes have to be patient.

Best pharmacy in the region. Prices are where you would expect. Drive thru and robot filled scripts making your wait less than others.

Yes, Smith Pharmacy is very busy because they are the only one still standing in this old time town that is still wanting to help our people with their health needs.
