Great place! The "1099 lady" helped with my tax problem. Thanks!

We went there to get a copy of my wife's tax transcript, and the lady there was very rude, and at first would not help us. The gentleman ahead of us was there to get a tag for his farm truck, and the lady tried saying he needed to fill out a tax form to open a new business, and he said he wasn't opening a new business, he owned the farm for years, and only needed a tag for his farm truck to haul a little more weight,when he said that, the lady said she could not and would not help him, and sent him on his way. When we finally got to actually tell her why we were there, she said because of the way we filed our taxes, we needed to fill out a different form because we did it wrong. When we tried to explain our circumstances she looked at my wife and asked, "are you trying to argue with me". She would not listen to anything we said. She had a general shut up I'm right your wrong, you don't know what your talking about attitude. It took 30 minutes for her to print out my wife's transcript and even then she tried telling us to fill out more tax forms, because we didn't know what we were doing, and did everything wrong.
If you can help it, do not go to this office. The lady will treat you like garbage, and talk down to you. She had my wife near tears at one point.
Again please stay away from this office.

I cannot figure out how to view my account. It says I can but when I click it, it just goes to a page to get a passport ..

I picture yall just playing with everyones money while saying i dont know whats going on with yalls taxes

They are not picking up calls even though its during work hours
