Smith Drug & Company

This has been y y pharmacy since it opened years ago under a previous owner. Never have made a mistake. It’s a super busy pharmacy in a very small town. Their staff are always friendly and polite. The only problem seems to be a frequent turnover of staff which I attribute to the fact that they are on their feet and seldom get a minute without a customer or two, both inside and also at their drive up. It must be exhausting.I appreciate them all

They are very efficient & very helpful & they go above from what most major pharmacy are willing to do. I support small business & Smith Drug & Company is exactly that a small Ma & Pa business. Great customer service & they have great staff.

This places stays super busy but the staff is great. Always cheerful smiling faces welcome you!!!!

I just called the number off the website 15 times, one right after another. No answer then it went to busy signal. The number off the website!!! So I'm local so I drive there. Once inside iTRY telling the lady at the counter there's a problem with the phone number off the website. She didn't really want to hear me explain to her about this problem. Acted like our was my problem. Dismissed me and"my problem " and just acted like I didn't matter. Poor service when all I was trying to do was help them. I guess they're to good to have a problem. Wow!!! And I was just trying to help them. Learn that is it wasn't for people like me you would be looking for a job that you can actually do?????

This is the most super disorganize pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. An hour ahead was called prior to picking up the medication. She said give us an hour. I get there. No acknowledgment no attempt to the prescription was made.she pretty much telling me she doesn’t know when it’ll be filled and it would be probably another two hours. I called ahead of time to let them know I am going to be there. Super frustrating.

SMITH DRUG DENIES MEDICATION TO CANCER PATIENT
For over 30-years, Smith Pharmacy (AND its predecessor Bill's pharmacy) served me and all my family ... UNTIL TODAY! My husband has late stage non-hodgkin's lymphoma -- he is dying and in a lot of pain -- but that made NO difference to the cold-hearted pharmacist John at Smith's. +++ My husband's cancer doctor electronically sent several prescriptions to Smith's. An hour or so later, my husband called Smith's to discover when to pick up his meds. He spoke to Pharmacist John. He asked John a question about a particular medicine. John replied, 'Your doctor proscribed the medication. Ask him!' My husband was shocked and replied 'But you are a pharmacist. You don't know what kind of pills you sell?" John told him to get his medications from Walmart and hung up! Today I am having trouble getting the unfilled prescription paperwork back from Smith's Pharmacy.

Since becoming the ONLY pharmacy in Eureka Springs, Smith Drug realized it can treat its customers like dirt. And what can the locals do about it? Go without essential medications! *** Today Pharmacist John told me to 'go to Walmart' in response to a question I asked about one of my medications. AND I AM A CANCER PATIENT TOO. So, now I am trying to get my prescription paperwork back from Smith's Drug ... and they are making that very difficult to accomplish!
