I would not recommend this location to my worst enemy. My husband has been a patient here for 3 weeks and they have consistently messed up orders for everything from medications to Home Care. The staff at the front office are incredibly rude especially Tracy and Sharon. Not only are they completely inept at their jobs, They get very frustrated when you point out how they are not listening and not correcting their mistakes. Today one of the office staff actually interrupted my explanation of how my husband's medications consistently run out before his renewal appointments to tell me, and I quote, 'Don't even go there, I'm not even an MA'. The unprofessionalism is insane. How did these women get jobs? If I didn't call them constantly my husband would constantly be out of medication. It is the most pathetic service he has ever had . After 8 years with dealing with his health problems which are numerous, This is the most incompetent medical office in Nevada. The doctor waste our time going over exact results instead of translating them into layman's terms is an added bonus as well. I have found him a new clinical infectious disease specialist and even though it's an extra 20 minute drive it is worth it to never have to go here again. Avoid this place like the plague. Believe me. You will need to see a masseuse after from all the knotted up muscles you will get from the frustration this place will cause you.

Do not get involved with this practise unless you want to throw your money away even with insurance! Keep every reciept and make sure they explain what part of the bill they will stick ypu for even home health care.
And make sure the only Dr. you see is Dr Stephanie. She is to good for this practice.
But as far as the rest of the staff especially the front Desk Lady and Edwin in billing. They are Very unprofessional, sarcastic and just flat do not care.

Useless and disgraceful at best, especially if you have a chronic condition that can't always be detected by labs. They're initially polite to establish you as a patient, but that act drastically takes a turn for the absolute worst. If you try to advocate for yourself to get treatment they'll ask you to leave. Don't waste your time, energy, or money!

This location doesn’t actually have a doctor, it’s a PA, which frankly I’m not sure it would have made a difference. I’ve been made to feel like my symptoms are irrelevant because tests came back clear when it’s well documented that tests often aren’t able to capture my condition. Instead of listening to my symptoms and try to match me up with a medication that may treat it, Stephanie suggests I go see a neurologist who is obviously not going to treat my condition but is going to issue medication to numb my symptoms! I am very disappointed with the treatment I received here and on my way to see a dermalogist since my visit here was fruitless.

This place gives absolutely horrible service.
My husband needs a procedure done and need
a referral done and they sent it to the wrong place .
That was last Fri and today is July 31st.and still waiting.
The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand doing..

Been trying for 2 weeks to get a hold of someone to make appointment. Its like the phone number has been disconnected. So calling my dr to get a different referral

I won't go into details about my Terrible Experience with this place. All I can tell you is Stay Away from this Place.Go to a Different Doctor Office!!!This Place Sucks..
