Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

I needed to go into BOA to get a direct deposit form and to order some checks. I wasn't in there for anymore than 5 minutes, with no line. The lady behind the counter, Jessica, was very sweet and helpful! I tried to find a customer satisfaction survey online so that I could rave about this BOA location to corporate, but this was the best I could find. Thanks Jessica!!

Drive thru is easily accessible without any hang ups.

Going inside I had no issues stopping by to make a payment. Was in and out in 5-10 minutes.

They actually are 100 better than any other bank in Jonesboro. I have been hacked by several banks. This one will send you updates daily. I don't care if I'm in a wheelchair and have take myself inside.

Wow! Hard to believe all these negative reviews! I have been banking with BoA since they came to Jonesboro. I have almost never had a problem with long waits except once or twice on like a Friday afternoon. Tellers and other employees have been friendly and efficient. i admit their interest rates suck!

I like the new ATMs. Still would like to see more ATMs and wider drive thrus. Aside from that, they do a good job at the service they provide.

Charged me to cash one of their checks all bc I didn't have an account.

The customer service is fine. Too many people only one branch here.

Never any cashiers. Especially on Mondays.

Staff is friendly but quite slow.

The drive thru is so very small. If you have a diesel truck you might as well park because the drive thru is way to small. My husband uses this bank. However I don't. They have odd hours. Again the drive thru is such a tight space. People have a habit of taking both drive thru lanes up because they want to be first either way. People are able to hog the line's because again the drive thru is so small. The drive thru is for ATM only. There is never a person in the portion that deposits money, or to just speak to someone without getting out. You have to go in to speak with a person.
