We have 2 accounts at Premier Bank in Jonesboro. The staff have went above and beyond to be helpful with anything we need. They are super nice to work with. Their high interest KASASA checking account is the best I have found anywhere in Arkansas.

Friendly, efficient and goes out of way to assist seniors.

Three stars are for the organization as a whole, not for today's experience.
I went to this location with a check to deposit and the customer wrote it in a not ideal way, but another branch had already deposited one exactly like it.
The teller said she wasn't comfortable depositing it and she couldn't ask a manager because there wasn't one there. She then proceeded to give me permission to drive 30 minutes away and deposit it at another branch, which I did. They deposited it in 30 seconds without any extra conversation at all.
Instead of being apologetic about her branch not being able to perform it's normal duties, she had an attitude and turned her back to me when I told her to have a good day. As if I had done something wrong.

Worst banking location available! I tried depositing a check and waited over 20 minutes for them to decide they wanted to put a 5-7 business day hold on my check. The branch manager at this location is a hateful and unhappy woman. Take your business to someone more professional and caring. To add her name is Jody.

I do not understand how they advertise financial aid for business and accessible personal loans, when in fact to provide this service they ask you how much money you have, what properties do you have for collateral among many more requirements, I am amused, if I had money to start my project, you would not be requesting a loan or financing. I never trusted bank ads.
