I have been getting my phones and phone plans from New Wave since they opened nearly 20 years ago. This week I upgraded from an I phone 7 to an I phone 12 pro max. Joanna at the Jonesboro store was so patient and helpful. I'm pretty much technology challenged and Joanna transferred my information from the old phone to the new one and explained how to operate the new phone. I have recommended New Wave since the start and will continue to do so.
