Friendly, informative and helpful. Good repair work over the years I've had 2 phones - battery, screen and USB connector - repairs done. Has some accessories for older phones I can't find elsewhere (I keep my phones for a long time).

He quoted me the cheapest in Salem to replace the glass on my Samsung Galaxy S8. Everyone else in town wanted over $200 to $300 and also had a couple day turn around. He did it in 1 hour. He even had a glass screen protector installed. Going to buy an s20 from him soon. Awesome dude and very laid back. Will shop again and do business.

I am usually not one for writing reviews. But, the service I received from James deserves a 5 star review. I called him to find out how much to replace the battery in my phone, got quoted a price I felt was fair. He ordered the battery, which came quickly, then scheduled a time with me for replacement. He got it done so quickly...and I didn't even lose any apps or contacts from my phone! Super happy with the service I received here.

James really bend over backwards to get me a working phone that was within my budget. Awesome service!! He knows his stuff.

In addition the store's good selection of late model phones, James does great repair work. My husband's on/off button on his iPhone 5 began to fail at the beginning of this year. He took it to James, who carefully repaired it by replacing the internal component that same day. Just like that, the button has been performing like the day the phone was first turned on. Given that work and the other repairs he performs to refurbish used phones, James clearly has a lot of technical expertise troubleshooting and performing all forms of repairs and unlocking various types of phones. Best of all, he does it with reliable parts without the high cost charged by the big box stores. If you've damaged your phone, you should definitely check with him to see if it's repairable before you replace it--he can size up the damage and give you a quote on what it would cost to fix it. You might not have to replace the phone after James is able to work his magic.

After upgrading my own phone a few months ago, I wanted to recoup some money by selling my old phone. My husband searched around online, but neither my carrier or other mainstream buyers of used electronics were going to give me more than a few bucks for it. We took it to James, and knowing the value of it, he gave me top dollar for it in cash. If you're looking to upgrade like I was, take your old phone to James and get cash--you'll be glad you did!

Fast and super friendly service. I didn't get the guys name but, he seem really knowledgeable. I needed a replacement phone and he got it all set up and ready to use for me. We got to talking and I guess he repairs laptops too, and for a very reasonable price. I can either bring the new part and it's just 90$ or pay 150$ and he takes care of it all. Which is 30 dollars cheaper than what I'd been quoted elsewhere and 10 dollars more than if I fixed it myself. I'll definitely be back.

Over the last couple of years, I have purchased a cell phone here and two laptop computers and was happy each time. Over the years I have had James repair a broken screen on my iPhone and he also helped me clean up and repair a computer as well. All at great prices and the quality was great.

If you need a used cell phone or laptop, but want something nice at a good deal, go see James.

Well my iPhone cracked and was making my fingers bleed so I came here out of desperation. James handled the broken phone within 1 hour
And was so helpful. Wellll...fast forward a month and a half later and it cracks again?!!!!!!! So James handled it again and this time I bought the tempered glass screen. I've basically bought my phone all over again. Anyhow, James has been super helpful and understanding, prompt and courteous. Straightforward for sure but definitely nice. Highly recommend this store for any fixes. And please don't listen to the bad reviews. I almost did and decided to find out for myself and happy I did. Haven't had any issues.

James is a very straightforward guy. If you are honest with him, he very quickly develops a feel for what you do, and don't, want to hear as far as features and what kind of phone you're looking for. He steered me in the right direction, despite my apprehension, and I still have the phone two years now. The guy is a seasoned professional. He earned respect with his no nonsense approach.

Went here to get an iPhone 6 screend replaced. Gave me a reasonable price of $125 ( I've paid $200 in the past) and told me it would be up to an hour and that he would send me a message when the phone was finished. It was done in roughly 30 minutes and looked brand new. 5 stars!

Been using this same store for several years. Never had a complaint. Service is fast, friendly, and informative. Owner is a good guy. Not trying to rip people off. Hard to find nowadays. If it's not worth it to fix it, he'll let you know instead of just taking your money. Always gets us in and out quickly! Highly recommend!

James is a nice guy. I was looking for a 6s+ last week and he didn’t have one but got back to me quickly when he got one and he will work with you. I will go back to get my next phone.

Amazing and super quik quality of service. my devices want to have brought him here have been fixed it, quickly, it seemed to operate better after I leave this repair shop on with them. If you can come here if you need to get something repaired I recommend doing so.

Called in and talked with Fidel. He was pleasant to work with. Very informative and answered every question I had. He broke the information down until I understood. I had been to another cell repair company who said similar but not the 'why' and I am a why kind of person.

Once Fidel explained everything, I felt very comfortable in my decision making and knowledgeable about the phone itself. Thank you Fidel.

I have an iPhone 7 plus with a shattered screen and the speaker and microphones were not working... Salem cell store stayed open late and we paid a good bundled price of $180 to fix it all now it's like new :-)

James repaired my laptop screen a few years ago for way, way less then the average cost in Salem and under what you'd have to pay in Portland. Looked good as new and he helped me find the right parts on line before he ever replaced them. Hopefully I don't drop any more laptops. :)

This is a great store which is able to repair cellular telephones. That would be cell phones for anyone who does not know the full name for a cell phone.
the screen to my cellular telephone started to fall off do to who knows what, but Salem cell store was able to repair it just like new.
So if you need any repairs I would suggest coming down to Salem cell store.

James is a straight shooter. Excellent service, reasonable rates, solid used equipment when available. I am a multiple time returning customer and will continue to go back for repairs and service.
