Ive been With them for 27 years. They continue to hire very efficient employees. Recently I had my house done and he took pictures .which gave me much confidence.will continue my service with them and will recommend them. Thank you for your service and up to date technology.

When I first moved into a home alone I owned as a single woman in Jonesboro, I had Terminix come do an initial inspection on my house and basement for quarterly pests and yearly termite. My house was built in 1934 but was just completely renovated. The service-man looked at my basement and house. I didn't go into basement with him. When he came up out of basement, he showed me pictures...black substance all over boards. They could get it taken care of for me, would be $10,000.

I called a second opinion with Superior they came and looked and said those are brand-new boards and there is absolutely NO MOLD down there!!

I have used them ever since. They HAVE ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS showed up when they said they would, are quick. are quick about billing. and can easily pay online. They make it quick and easy.

Extremely reliable company, staff very friendly and prompt. I have used them for several years and look to continue to do so!

They come and check our house every year at the very same time. They leave the bill at the door. We haven’t had any problems. Thanks guys.

I have used Superior Termite and Pest Control since we built our house 7.5 years ago. They have always done a great job. Their staff is professional, and they were even quick to respond when I noticed I had termites in one of my sheds.

Bought our house last year and this is the company that was already taking care of inspections. The inspector that came by for our house's annual termite inspection this year was very polite and friendly. A text or post card letting us know they are coming a few days in advance would be helpful. No plans to change companies, will continue to use.

I have used Superior for 27 years. Trevor, the inspector/treatment guy, is terrific! He calls to check in before he goes to the home, calls to advise services are complete. He is there when he says he will be and does what he says he will do. Say what you mean and mean what you say means a lot to me and very few businesses practice it! Trevor does and so do all the awesome employees of Superior Termite.

They are timely, efficient, and extremely professional, but what really makes them stand out is the quality of their staff. All of the members of their team (and I've met most of them at this point) are polite, friendly, and really hard to rattle in even tough situations. They are honest about the quality of their work, what to expect from treatments, and they offer frank advice if I ask for it. I would rather have someone tell me that difficult things are hard then to sell me on a miracle and not have it work. Their prices are quite reasonable for the service as well.

Ive never had any issues with Superior. Always on time, if not a bit early on appointments. Anytime I have had an issue, all that was required was a phone call and they came out in a timely manner. I have this company for termite control and also for pest control. No issues.

They have managed my property in Blytheville for over 10 years and I have never had any issues. I haven't needed to call them often, but they always answer and take care of me quickly.

Over the past 14 years Superior has taken care of our property and has been great to work with. They have been reasonable and good to my family!
