City Wok Dim Sum

My coworker and I stopped here the other day looking for a quick bite to eat. We ordered a good amount of dim sum for less than $20 and were set for the rest of the evening. My prior experience with dim sum has been from traditional dim sum restaurants in San Francisco and Los Angeles, which is why I gave it 4 stars out of 5. The food was good, filling, and very affordable, and exactly what I was craving after being away from home for so long.
Relaxing atmosphere and great service, the owner was very nice and kind enough to let us order take out, as we arrived less than 30 minutes before close. We will return next time we are in town!

Flew in from California for the eclipse. I was tired of the fried food and bbq so I decided for some dumplings and noodles. I must say pretty good food. I am from the Los Angeles so I know good Chinese food. Got some dumplings, buns and soup noodles, it definitely scratch the urge. If this place is in LA I would go back to it! Thanks for the good food.

Excellent food and excellent service. Wait time was not a problem and staff was informative and willing to take the time and explain. Food was so good we ordered what we ate at the table again so we could take it home to eat again later. The absolute best. Will definitely be back

This is such a wonderful hidden gem! I only just discovered it but I can’t wait to take all my friends. The quality and care put in to making these delicious dim sum is top tier. Give it a shot and you won’t regret it!

This place is a hidden gym. If you have never had Dim Sum, I strongly recommend you give it a try. Family operated with honest service. Food is great and is some of the most affordable meals in town.

I visit this place often and it is one of my favorite restaurants in Jonesboro! They are always very nice and great with service! If you want good priced authentic Japanese food, stop here and you won’t regret it!

I don't know if I'll be able to express in words how amazing this establishment was. Not only was the staff extremely friendly and kind but he was also very knowledgeable of the ingredients and which items were vegan. Don't miss out on this wonderful delicious food.

I work over at bubblee tea right next to dim sum, I just have to say the owners are the nicest people I’ve ever met. I don’t get a lunch break while I work so he takes his time and brings my food over to me. I never ask it’s just as a nice gesture. Everything is always perfect and they never fail at their ramen ever! Definitely recommend to anyone

I've eaten here a lot over the years. Most restaurants in town are hit or miss, but City Wok only hits.

I've never had bad food from this place the entire time it's been here.

Very quiet, incredibly well priced and the owners are incredibly nice! Try the egg drop seaweed soup, so delicious.

Food was amazing service was great, if you go order the shrimp dumplings. Get the tofu ramen if your looking for something extra filling.

I hesitate to let the secret out on this place, but it very well might be the best kept secret at this point. Certainly a nice diversion from the typical hibachi or takeout places common to Jonesboro. I had the chicken ramen for lunch with an order of pork dumplings and each were terrific and filling.

Good taste, nicely priced, and filling. A must try in downtown Jonesboro.

The atmosphere was nice, felt like a great place to meet up with friends and chat. The food was amazing, my only regret is that I was too full to finish!

Came right at opening on a Saturday (4:30) with my 8 yo. There was already several orders in front of us. I will say that the wait time was about 45 minutes. However, when the food came, it was delicious. First time ordering dim sum, so we stuck with pork & lamb dumplings, chicken ramen, and I ordered these mushroom saimois or something like that. Everything was so good! We smashed it! I used the longer wait as a teaching moment for my LO. Fresh, hot, well made food is worth it! Plus ALL that food and 2 milk teas (yummy, with REAL tapioca pearls) was 25 bucks before tip. Cant beat that! We sat next to a couple of sweet young ladies that said they come all the time, and its always good. The wraps were highly recommended and are on the list for next things to try! Will be going back!!

This place is awesome! The pork buns are my go to food! My sister and aunt love the ramen. The menu has great variety so you're sure to find something!

The guy working here is great! Even when his dining room was closed, hardly anything changed about his pleasant attitude or quality of food. It’s one of my favorite restaurants! The prices are great and the food is delicious.
