I searched for over a year for a car but because of student loans and other choices my credit wasn’t the best. I called in and spoke with Cierra and was told to come in. I came in and left with a 2020 truck that I am crazy about. The down payment was exactly what I needed. I am so happy with EVERYTHING. The other workers even pitched in to offer me a car that they knew I would love. I am almost in tears. Come here !

The staff at ACC on Covington Pike are amazing, especially Miss Jamie. She was trying to complete a transaction with one customer and get us started on our applications to get us into a new vehicle. Every time I had a problem filling out the applications on my phone, she would come over and fix it and showed this "old" dog a few new tricks to make life simpler and faster LOL. We couldn't get our new vehicle that evening as there was no one to drive my husband's sister's truck and the minivan we ended up getting. The next morning we put in for an Uber and it was going to cost us over $40 from our home to ACC to pick up the van. Called Miss Jamie and she offered to come pick up my husband in our van so that we could have our vehicle. She IS the epitome of customer service and deserves a big fat RAISE. Thank you ACC and Miss Jamie for all you have done for us.

I highly recommend Mrs.Laqueen and Mr. Lavell. They were very kind and offered their extended help with getting me approved and finding the perfect insurance quotes. They made my experience so easy.

This was by far the best car buying experience i have ever had. Daniel was great, he called me on my birthday to follow up when i didn't call him back as planned and i'm so glad that he did. I got the best birthday gift, a new car! The manager Kevin was great as well. Both were very nice, personable and professional.

My experience was THE BEST, long but very worth it!!!!! Charity was a big & GREAT Help, I walked in not knowing if I would drive off the lot with what I wanted. And truth be told I DID! I was given the option to test three but only wanted one in particular and she did everything in her power to make that happen for me. I would recommend her and this location to ANY & EVERYONE. Charity and her awesome Managers really took great care of us on this evening. Very Encouraging words and spirits in that place. Relaxed and Pleasant atmosphere. I went in not sure if I should have been there...after 3 test drives I drove away with More than I expected. They knew that I was trying to settle for just A car...But they said I deserved Better...
