A West Memphis Wal-Mart associate whose name is "MJ" was "HIGHLY professional" in taking the time to help me find what I was looking for and "VERY informative". You can tell he cares a lot about customer service and he has very good people skills He sets a high standard worthy of imitation.

I ordered sfuff online because of Covid and not wanting to go inside, the stuff came damaged. Whoever packed it put heavy things on top of my rice and cookies etc. So I got a hold of customer service on line and they refunded me no ?'s ............. Made my day because I didn't expect that! I took pictures but they didn't even want to see them! Way to go customer service!

One stop shop is what I call them. I would rather shop at this location than any other one in the surrounding areas. It's cleaner and has more merchandise.

Went into the the store to buy some seasoning called Back Yard Southern Style Seasoning, which is a great tasting seasoning, but the customer service was absolutely fantastic they were very helpful in helping me find that one particular brand. Good job guys.

Very clean, organized, and of course a good variety of products and accessories as well as customer service. I was driving from Texas when suddenly one of my tires was losing air fast and the service to replace my tire was quick and easy so I recommend going there for any service for your vehicle

Here you can find the traditional Walmart experience. There are plenty of departments here to browse and you can find 90% of what you need here at a reasonable price. The staff is always helpful to find what you need.

Loved the truck parking. Then, once inside, one of your associates noticed I was looking for something and asked me what I was looking for. WOW!! Quickly answered my query and walked me right to it. Awsome attention the whole time I was in there. Several times, associates noticed we were looking for things and asked us what we were looking for. I've never experienced that before, and I'm definitely going back.
