Great banking experience every time I'm there no matter drive thru or inside the lobby and Victoria's a great asset to our community and our bank as well as Rebekah and several others whom names escape me at the moment. R8GC+3M Jonesboro, Nettleton Township, AR my mother and got this in Illinois is a money order and I want to know if I could gadget a job bank

I canceled a instacart order from kroger, kroger issued a refund and I'm told by the bank 10 days to reverse the charge!! The bank rep blamed kroger/instacart! No it's you!!! That is not right to hold someone's money for 10 days!!!! Asked for a manager/supervisor was told there wasn't one available. 😡

If I could give a negative 5 review I would! Stay far far away from this bank they do nothing but steal your money! It’s the most ridiculous bank I have ever had to deal with. No level of professionalism and just complete scammers. They know nothing of banking and will do anything to keep robbing you out of your money. You have been warn

One of their tellers messed up a $2500 check from another bank I was trying to deposit. The assistant manager Melissa very rudely asked me what more do I want bc they tried to help but it was their mistake & basically handed the check back to me and told me it was my problem. This manager yelled and was completely unprofessional in her behavior.
