O'Charley's Restaurant & Bar

My server was terrific. The food was good, my friend steak was a little over cooked and he ordered it rare. She offered to replace it but he did not send it back. The spinach dip was out of this world.

Great service but the steak nachos were terrible. Couple of teaspoons of overdone tiny pieces of meat. We paid $2.00 for a little extra queso. Katlin is great at the bar so we left with the food and then threw it away at home. I called the manager who was nice so we will try something different next time.

The food was amazing, their menu variety is quite pleasing. Additionally, our server was friendly and professional. They took our order within minutes of us being seated, and brought our food promptly and accurately. I would most definitely recommend O'Charley's to anyone and will definitely be back again sometime soon.

They are maintaining social distancing in thedining area and requiring a mask when walking in and out. The steaks were excellent and cooked to perfection. The service was good and pleasant. Overall a very nice dining experience.

Some of the best cooked steak in town! All time favorite restaurant to go for a great meal and great drinks. Our server was the best even with it being packed she was prompt and kept our drinks coming! Highly recommended for a date night

Okay so the last time I was in they had this wonderful cod fish sandwich that changed my life. I had the sweet potato fries which were amazing I have a house salad that was very fresh. The cocktails were made superbly and the wait staff was wonderful and accommodating my food allergies

My wife didnt complain. So i gave it 5 stars. Waitress was courteous and did her job. Spendy compared to McDonalds. Nice atmosphere. I ordered the 16oz sirloin medium. Got a 16oz sirloin cooked medium. The broccoli and cheese kind of sucked in my opinion. Steak and beer was good.

The place across the street was covered up on a Saturday night, so we decided to try O'Charley's, which was pretty empty. We were a little skeptical, but it was fantastic. The food, service, value, all 5 stars.

If you want to get seated immediately on a weekend night, definitely give this place a try. I loved the Louisiana Sirloin.

I hadn't been to an O'Charleys for many moons. Was pleasantly surprised. Updated outside and in. Had a cedar planked salmon and dual veggies, and it was all quite good. Asked for the salmon to be barely cooked, and that's exactly how it came. Everything was really good

Nice place all the food was great at a reasonable price. The fish and chips we're awesome, .Hard to beat Cod fish. Beer batter was thinner not to thin but crunchy, it was perfect.

All the employees were very helpful and the dining area clean and smell good wasn't a bunch of tables filled dishes it seems like everyone there was doing their part making the best dining experience they could

Tonight I enjoyed an awesome dinner at your Jonesboro location. It was my second time to enter a local restaurant and it did not disappoint! Both of our entrees were excellent. Kudos to the manager, Justin Strong who welcomed rack guest and then personally thanked us for choosing O Charlie’s. Also, our waitress was fanfreakentastic as she had numerous tables to cover yet she did not appear rushed and took time to serve those in bar area. Courtney Davis I tipped over 30% because she deserved it!! She introduced me to Kendall Jackson’s Chardonnay replacement and it was awesome‼ Guenoc is now my Chardonnay of choice thanks to her recommendation. This young lady is outstanding in the performance of her job responsibilities. This was our first time since Covid to dine at O Charlie’s and we were NOT disappointed‼

Eaten here many times. The food and service is always good. Now if they would only serve the Louisiana garlic butter on the prime rib I would be in heaven. Don't forget pie Wednesdays.

We were early so missed the supper rush. Service was excellent. Food was excellent especially the silk pie.

One of the best places to eat in Jonesboro. The food is affordable and delectable. They serve Pepsi products. I am a Coke man myself. Every time the waiter brought me a Pepsi, over two separate visits, it tasted to me like a diet, so finally I switched to water. That is the only complaint I can even begin to find. Great restaurant!

Everytime I eat here is always a wonderful experience. The service is great. The food is wonderful and if you want good service go see Stephanie, she was amazing!
