Returned to the store to upgrade my phone, and Nathan and Olivia went above and beyond to be helpful with the transfer, even staying late after closing until everything was completed. Extreme customer courteousness!

Cory, the Store Manager, was really, really helpful, kind, patient, and most importantly he was just a very nice guy. We will not go to any other T-Mobile ever. Thank you Cory for being such a great and patient gentleman with our family. You will never be forgotten.

These guys are so helpful and friendly. They know tech and the are knowledge about products and service plans from WiFi to pre-paid to family plans. Willing to look up the coverage maps and they set you up so when you walk out you are ready to use the equipment without any hassles. Clean store, good prices, great service!

Came in today on 2/25/2022. Had a great experience there. Nick was the main employee helping me out with getting new phones and transferring the old data. Nick was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about all the phones and all the services T-Mobile has to offer. 10/10 or in this case 5 stars would recommend this specific store to any new or existing T-Mobile customers. I know I will be coming back if I need anything, way better experience than calling 611.

There were a huge help with my wife's phone. They had her phone fixed in no time and were very courteous and helpful. The young man named Chance was a HUGE help, he was knowledgeable and friendly. If you use T-Mobile this is the store to go to.

T-Mobile @this location offers friendly, helpful, knowledgeable young staff. Have been with A**, then V** 20+ years. Left both for lack of service, price gouging & inability to contact a live English speaking support staff on the phone. So far service has been outstanding. We have 2 new phones & WIFI Antenna all with 5G including for the primary TV. Love all the variety of networks plus excellent 5G phone service with very reasonable monthly premium. So far, Very Reliable.

Had to get some stuff worked out with switched my phone to my new one and also get my t mobile sims card changed from sprint. The two guys working today were absolutely amazing and really made all my anxiety go away. They worked so hard and we got the issue fixed! 10/10 service. I know if I ever have another problem they will help me the best they can.

Store was very clean. Fast and friendly service. Nathan was a big help after my online order didn't go as it should have. Nathan fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I would recommend going to this location.

This store has been great. The store manager Jason is very knowledgeable in discounts and promotions available. Has been one of the best custom experiences I have had in a while. I think T-Mobile has the best military/veteran package available vs all other carriers. Me and khiari hung out at the store while waiting for a transaction while Dylan was helping with getting numbers ported over from Verizon. Kaelin was really helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly as well, this is a great team. I would recommend this particular store to anyone tired of paying hidden fees and overpriced cell phone bills.

It is very hit or miss with customer service from TMobile in Conway. I have had horrible experiences with “management” not knowing anything and just not wanting to do anything. However, at the Amity Rd location, Nick was awesome and is the only reason we will be staying with TMobile. He said he had only been working there about 5 months, but you can tell he loves his job. He was extremely patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. Hopefully they move people like him up to management and get rid of the people who don’t care about their customers!

I am so happy I came to T-Mobile, wish I had made the switch *years* ago. Jason the manager was very helpful and a wealth of information. Marcus was so kind and patient while transferring data from my old phone. Haven was also a delight to visit with. The epitome of customer service shown by everyone.

T-Mobile has the BEST costumer service!!! Leza assisted me in setting up my galaxy watch. He spent a long time on the phone with costumer service trying to help me even when costumer service kept telling him to try different things. This store is amazing and all of the employees are so helpful! The manager Jason goes above and beyond to help you in every way possible. We also saved a lot of money compared to At&t. I highly recommend going to T-moblie on South Amity by Sams.

FANTASTIC customer service. I tried two different cell phone carriers while trying to purchase a phone the other night, I wasn't getting anything I wanted and was having to pay ridiculous prices for it too. Then I seen the T-Mobile store and decided to give them a try. Thankfully I did. Not only do they have an awesome store with all types of cell phones but they have every accessory you can manage. My girlfriend and I have two kids, so new cell phones are low on the list of priorities. T-Mobile got us two very nice cell phones, an excellent phone plan, cases and headphones and we still spent FAR LESS than TWO OTHER cell phone providers had offered that same night. I am a new, proud and loyal T-Mobile customer and this store specifically was an A++ by me.

Jason and Kaelin were more than helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions about the new Military plan and gave me more information than I asked for. They also explained everything in the store and about financing accessories, which I never would have asked. They did not leave out one discount that I qualified for! I am glad I made the switch from Verizon and went to this T-Mobile store. It did not feel like they were trying to upsale me at all. Zero pressure to buy.

This place is amazing!! DYLAN AND JASON WERE THE BEST!! They knew absolutely EVERYTHING about their products and made sure we had a really fun time while waiting in the store. We jammed out with them for a minute showing us the speakers and we ended up grabbing one while there. Best experience I've ever had with a mobile service.

Shelby was great in store. I really appreciated his friendly way of making me feel welcome. They were very informal and wanted me to have the best deals! Proud customer.

Very friendly! Anytime I've needed to go to T-Mobile for anything, I've come to Conway to get it taken care of, even when there is a store closer to home. Charles F. and his crew are totally awesome!

Love the t mobile store in Conway area. Marcus and Jason were wonderful getting us swapped over from at&t. Could not have asked for a more wonderful set of guys. Will definitely recommend this store to everyone.

I have just changed over to T-Mobile. They are always very friendly when I talk to them. James is always very helpful when I talk to him. Couldn’t ask for a better guy to help me with my phone. I will always ask for his help when it comes to my phone.
