We used Upack, the ABF in Jonesboro was the service provider on the origin end, and they were outstanding. Everyone was polite, helpful and easy to work with. This made the transporting portion of moving a much nicer. I recommend this service.

Worst place to do business. It took them 9 days to bring my 3 pallet from Houstan to Jonesboro . First they lost my pallet for 3 days then after me calling fire then 50 times . They finally found and then they hold my mallet in Little Rock for days then again after calling several time they finally bring to Jonesboro . When they deliver at my door . Driver was not even helpful . I have to unload 3 pallet of big boxes on my own for 3 hour and driver was watching me like an idiot . I usually don’t write review but they piss me off enough to do this. I will say . Just be careful .
