Family Dollar

Admittedly, I have only been to this store, once before. For years, I've been going exclusively to Dollar General, but unfortunately, they are all getting more cluttered, disorganized and the ones I have gone to don''t even stock cat food and have limited stock in other essential items. When I asked an employee why they don't have cat food, she said that DG is building so many stores, the warehouses can't fully stock their stores, anymore. To me, that seems to be the very definition of corporate greed.

Today, I went to the Family Dollar, on Gee Street in Jonesboro, and it's a hidden gem. The store was clean, the worker was extremely kind and helpful and the shelves were neatly and fully stocked. There weren't boxes in the aisles and bare shelves. It was refreshing to know that I now have a nice place to go that actually appears to appreciate my business. I would recommend anyone to start going here, despite the "convenience" of a Dollar General on every corner.

I've been the new store manager here since September 2022... Everyday has been a challenge, alot...alot of cleaning, organizing, getting the store back to where it needs to be...I have staffed a great group of people, love them and everything they do for this team and their store...Together we can make this store better than it ever has been. I love the community, the people, my customers, we love to do things for and within the community...#SupportLocalBusinesses. Come see us and check out the store, it's always great to meet members of the community and future customers!!

I stopped only to pick up​ one item , came out with half a dozen or more! They were having a 50% off sale on some of their clothes, I can never resist a good bargain!
This particular FD store, is always clean and straightened, unlike some of the others around Jtown . Hats off to the manager there, not sure about her name, but she is a hard worker, and so are the others there... keep up the good work!!👍

Got tired of dg down the road due to poor stock and a lot of past employees.I have banned them
Family D is a real store .they have what you need and will receive great service. I hope corporate will contact me.the store clerks a pay raise.
