I looked up on google for the best personal injury lawyer in Jonesboro, Ar and Wells & Wells popped up. I gave Mr. Wells a call in June 2020 after my car accident. I was still very weak and in the mix of the pandemic Mr. Wells was able to let me sit down and talk to him in person. From the beginning he was very sincere and upfront and honest with me. He gave me the freedom of focusing on getting better. He handled everything without any problems. If you want someone who is going to look out for your best interest, please don't hestitate to call Wells & Wells!! They are truly the best! I walked away not stuck with medical bills and I was compensated for my injuries and missed work! I wish there was a higher rating that I could give them! Recommend 100%!

I have had past experiences with lawyers before. The Lawyers that I have delt with in the past would never call me back or was just too busy to talk to me and keep you updated after I had paid their fee. I have never had a lawyer like Robert Wells. He was always in contact with me wether it was day and night. No matter how dumb my questions were or how many I had, he would always answer them wether it was through email, text, in person or by phone. I never waited for an answer. Robert would respond right away. Boy did I have a lot of questions. My case was scheduled to go to trial in eight months but it only took Robert a few months and was settled out of court. I recently was involved in yet another vehicle accident in December of 2021. I came back to Wells and Wells because i was treated right the first time with Phillip and his son Robert. I am more than WELL pleased with my outcome! Absolutely wonderful people, the staff, Phillip, Becky, just wonderful caring people to work with! My accident left me temporarily without employment and with no income but once again, to the rescue, Phillip Wells saved the day, and he went WELL beyond, in my opinion, far and beyond any attorney could possibly go! He found things in my case that others probably would have never found! And, always responsive to my calls and emails, even on a Saturday, yes, on a Saturday, I received a call from Phillip ON A SATURDAY! Never have I had to call twice to get a response from Phillip. I'm truly thankful for Phillip and the staff at Wells and Wells! Would I use him again, absolutely, without question!

Absolutely wonderful attorneys! I came to Mr. Wells because of a car accident I was in, in 2014. The insurance agent completely stopped contacting me, and my medical bills from the accident were going into collections.
