These guys bent over backwards to get me my stove in Mountain View, AR. I was stressing out since the loading dock I have near me was telling me they close for receiving at 4pm. Find out when I went to pick up my crate that the loading dock actually closes at 5pm, except for December. They loaded it onto my truck for me. I think they were very patient with me and my trying to get the crate from them safely. They might need to have more trucks to come out to my area. Thank you guys for bearing with me.

Fast shipping and great service I had an​ air conditioning system delivery and the box had a few scuff marks on it and I was concerned about them and they helped me open it and inspect it for damages and there were not any.

If you ever need something hauled and stored this is the place to go. Everyone is very professional.

Very bad experience. Everyone I spoke with had a different procedure and no one was on the same page. Ended up have to drive to Jonesboro to get my freight and then they were trying to charge me an additional 92 bucks. That will be the last money they see from me. Don’t chose this carrier. I’ve been around LTL most of my life and this company is a mess.

Would not recommend this company for anything! I have worked with them for 4 months over using the online quote then proceeding to call and make sure it was done correct and if so booking the pickup. Once I got it they sent me a bill for 4 times the quote amount much with several charges being put on the bill for services that was not used and claims of not being commercial. Everyone I talk to are nice and friendly but all say unfortunately you have to call this person or number or send this email to get it resolved with hitting road blocks every single time. As a growing business that is going to need freight going in and out more we will not be looking anymore at doing any business with this company.
