Hank's & More Fine Furniture

Kaleb Dewberry was a great help. We went into Hanks looking for night stands. Ended up purchasing several things. The Hanks in Jonesboro is nice, has good lighting and has a lot of great furniture pieces. Kaleb asked what we were looking for, listened to our comments on pieces we looked at. He understood the assignment! 😊 He even helped us get a new mattress, and it was on sale🙌 Kaleb was a great salesman to work with!! Kudos to Kaleb!!!!

Just purchased a couch and dining table from Hanks and had an awesome experience! I highly recommend working with Zac if you go into the store, he actually recommend the dining table that we ended up purchasing. Super nice and awesome to work with!

If you haven’t been to Hank’s recently, it’s a must! The store has been completely renovated, is 3 times as big, and the selections are absolutely amazing for anything you need! My husband & I were extremely impressed. See Kolton! Very knowledgeable & easy to talk to.

I have bought most of my furniture from Hanks and yet again a great experience when i went to purchase a new kitchen table.....that ended up with us getting a new mattress and living room furniture. Dakota was so helpful and informative in the process. He kept me updated on delivery and the delivery guys were great.

Hank's is always great to work with. Over the years I've purchased a lot of items from there. All were high quality and long lasting. Zac was who has assisted us this most recent time and his service is top notch. Highly recommend requesting Zac if shopping in the store.

My husband & I went to Hanks during the Black Friday sale & worked with Kaleb and he was amazing!! He was very patient with us and showed us every option imaginable! If you need a good deal & to work with some great people, Hanks is the place!!!

The help we got with Hunter and what he set us up for is awesome! I bet I'll definitely be thanking him when I wake up to my new bedroom suit and mattress! He was super helpful and knowledgeable! He even gave us a little short history lesson that was cool!

Jeff Broadway was a true professional. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a friendly manner that would resemble that of an old friend. We originally came in to look around and get an idea of what we wanted; however, it was due to his friendly and welcoming nature that made us decide on making a purchase. I believe that every salesman could improve just by following his example. Thank you to Hanks and all their professionals.

Great customer service and reasonable prices! The salesmen don't breathe down your neck when you're in store, but are still very helpful and genuine. They make purchases fast and easy. They are considerable of your time and concerns throughout. As far as delivery, they are great. They are great about keeping you updated and communicate very well throughout the process. This will for sure be my go-to furniture store!

Below is the sectional I got for about $1,000 which also came with the pillows. The couch is very comfortable and great quality.

Note: For comparison on prices, I was looking at getting a simple box spring originally at Ashley's (do NOT recommend them for anything) and they wanted about $230 for a queen. I then looked online and found one for $140 so decided to look elsewhere since I wanted one quick. I went to Hank's and they were only asking about $160 for one. Within 10 minutes I was out of the store with my purchase.

Kaleb helped us pick out a great new recliner! He was very attentive and gave great suggestions. We will definitely be back to Hank’s again!

Everyone that helped us was great, but Kaleb was definitely the shining star and joy of our whole experience. He worked his magic and gave us the best deal on our purchases. And even offered to let us return anything that didn't meet our expectations. Thank you Kaleb and Hank's for our new furniture and mattress.

When I was going out to Walmart; I always passed Hanks Furniture store until a particular night. I decided to go in and I met a smiling face guy named Steve. He greeted me and I told him it was my first time in this store.

He did not hesitate to show me around. I told him I shop at Harris Furniture and I wanted to expand my horizon by looking at other furniture stores to see what they had to offer.

He gave me a tour and the place was so big because they have several showrooms with different design schemes. One of the things that popped out to me was the accessories and paintings.

Steve told me to take my time and make myself at home. One year later I have many Hanks products in my apartment. Majority of my accesories like the paintings; mounted mirrors; ballerina figurine; crystal balls; etc.

Steve told me it okay to buy your furniture from one store and accessories from another. He was not pressure selling and he appreciated I became a dedicated loyal customer constantly buying. He work with me on finding deals, affordable prices, and helps me to see the vision.

Later I got introduced to Jake, Jacob, Martha, Brain, Randy and so on. This staff is as energetic and motivated to work here like Steve. I had a good first impression of this place and been a customer for two years.

I would say broaden your horizon and not shop at one furniture store . Shop at several furniture stores just accesories alone like vases, figurines, etc alone is the reason why.

Hunter helped us out today, he was WONDERFUL! So knowledgeable and relatable, and was able to find answers for every question we threw his way. We came today in search of a new bedroom furniture set and mattress and left with everything we were in search of and more. I highly recommend going to see him and his crew for all of your furniture needs!!
