Christine and Shirley are awesome. I’m an out of town contractor who was brought to Memphis to work pipe freeze claim for the mid Jan freeze event.

The facility is incredibly clean and secure.

I have four units and am very pleased with pricing, product and customer service.

I have been a customer of Storagetowne for over 1yr now. I can't complain about anything, the facility is clean always and Christine and Shirley are two of the most beautiful people that I know and would ever meet. They are always nice to everyone and accommodating to your need. It would be a great place to store your things. I would recommend to anyone.

The Storage Towne of America-Germantown is a wonderful place to use for storage. Christine and Shirley are so helpful and friendly. The place is always clean and their hardwork and dedication never goes unnoticed to the place. The custmer service is top tier.

I just secured a unit at Storage Towne, and the primary reason I did so is because Christine and Shirley are so friendly and customer oriented; and, most importantly, clearly invested in the place in terms of its appearance, security and convenience. You can possibly find cheaper places and bigger places but if you want to deal with folks who actually care about providing customer service and take pride in what they do, then come to Storage Towne on Hack’s Cross!

These ladies are the sweetest!! They went above & beyond to find the easiest & closest access for the first unit we rented. Came back to rent another unit & found one that would be convenient & close to the other unit we had. This place is so clean & their hard work definitely shows. It’s so refreshing to find people that actually care. Come & see Christine or Shirley!

Shirley and Christine(mother and daughter) were amazing. They are the epitome of A+ customer service. It was welcoming considering how much worse great service has gotten post pandemic. They greeted me, provided water and explained my options in detail. We had a nice conversation, felt like talking to old friends/family. Shirley also noticed when I came back and already had my unit opened for me. These ladies are BEYOND amazing and kind. Great location, prices, service owners and employees. I could go on and on. If you need a storage unit, stop by, promise you will not be disappointed

Christine and Shirley have been absolutely wonderful to work with. As the facility was still being built I was able to get on the waiting list. There were some construction delays, but Christine consistently kept me updated on progress which was much appreciated. I am in and out of the facility daily, and Christine and Shirley are always a breathe of fresh air. They always greet with a smile and make you feel welcome. If you are looking for a new storage location this is the one.

Omg Where do I start, okay let me say I end up having an emergency situation And needed a storage after business hours. I was extremely shock when I found storage towne of America. 24hour Access, SUPER CLEAN property, SAFE environment, and online access to book a storage ANYTIME of the day/night. I literally love Christine and Shirley, I was moving in late night at 9months pregnant. They both came out brought me locks and gatorades. Made me feel comfortable/ like family til this day I’m super happy to be apart of Storage Towne of America. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this business/ location .

After shopping around this facility had the best prices of any in the area. Office personnel are very pleasant and a pleasure to do business with. Storage units are brand new, clean, and lighted. Units are easily accessible, even with large trucks. I would high recommend this facility to anyone needing storage in the Germantown area.

I have rented storage spaces before, but HONEES!! Ms. Shirley and her daughter,Christine, are AMAZING!! They are VERY professional, and the units are clean… they even offer you water and Gatorade🥰. Come on and get you a nice storage unit, and telling them I sent you!

We have been in contact with management since construction to secure our units in this beautiful new facility. Christine kept us well informed on construction progress and move in dates and we now have completed our multi unit storage move. Management is great with communications and follow up--they have made the process very easy.
