Called to get some info after my local circuit court clerk refused to help me. The lady i spoke with was very helpful, informative, and polite. Wish everyone treated people with this level of respect. Well done Jonesboro!!

Recently had the privilege of helping a family involved in a tragic truck crash case. I found the staff very professional and accommodating in the courtrooms. Also enjoyed the historic monuments outside the courthouse.

I did not get a receipt for a payment. Person that took my payment was unhelpful and rude. She did not seem to know what she was supposed to be doing.

They keep hanging up on me. This is important to do your job and answer the phone. This deals with peoples livelihood!!!

they favor people they know. the whole time we were in court they was favor the opponent, the staffs was whispering the each other and they would not even trying to listen to us while we talk and showing our evidences.

Why do you even have a phone number listed??
