Our only heat pump went out, and we had gotten quotes from other HVAC companies that were 14 k to 15k, Gagles came out quoted me 11k and he was able to get me 4k off. I am really happy with their prompt service and expertise. We have a new unit that works great. My family and I thank you. You have a customer for life.

I needed service on my mini-split system and I chose Gagel's because they are a local business. I am very pleased with Gagel's responsiveness and attention to my service needs, even during a very busy pre-holiday season. The tech was very skillful in diagnosis and correcting the issues, and made every effort to do the work in a timely manor. I had a stripped shutoff valve going to my icemaker. He quickly replaced the part for me so we could move the refrigerator in preparation for a flooring project. Adam quickly.saw.the problem, explained it to me and replaced the valve. He is very kind with a great personality. Thank you Adam!

Honest and helpful. They will be upfront on existing equipment and as Lauren told me, they are a customer service based company not sales people. Our furnace died, it was very old as was the AC. Decided to replace both. We quickly realized that the first step needed to be researching brands. A number of brands, in fact, come off the same assembly lines. However, there are still brands that are better quality and those that are substandard. We researched Consumer Reports among other resources. We decided to go with a Bryant system which is considered one of the better manufacturers, but there are others. The next step was to find a local company who is licensed to install Bryant. On a recommendation from a neighbor, we got a quote from Gagle's. It is extremely rare for me to say this, but I can't think of a single thing I disliked about working with Gagle's. The salesperson gave us a selection of choices, all of which were appropriate for our needs. The installers were friendly and very professional. There was a technical problem they had to overcome due to the nature of our roof layout for the exhaust. But a supervisor popped by and the problem was figured out. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend this company and plan to use them for the routine maintenance. At the end of the process the owner of the company, Mark, personally inspects the work to make sure he and we are satisfied. Our hot water heater is nearing the end of its life, and Mark talked me out of doing something that would cost more than we need to spend.

I rarely take the time to share comments regarding services from any businesses that I've dealt with, but Gagle's has so impressed me that I welcome this opportunity.

The service techs are so nice, gives an honest opinion and options if available.
Today my heater wasn't working so I called they, made an appointment, they were able to arrive 2 hours earlier (which was so nice since it was now 58°), discovered it was the thermostat was the issue, installed the new one and was done in 1 hour.
Brian and Robert were so nice, taught me how to set the thermostat and changed the filter. Now it's a warm 69°☺😊
I love their service techs and the office staff are wonderful as well.

So I can not say enough about this company. During the worst ice storm I have experienced; my furnace was fried due to a power surge.
I called Gagle and they came right out. They were professional and extremely friendly. The furnace was fried and 26 years old so I chose to have it replaced instead of fixed. Their price was almost $2000.00 less to install than their competitors. They also filled out the rebate paperwork and saved me another $1500.00. A great company and saved me a ton of money!

Gagle's has never done me wrong. They were there when I needed a heat pump and they were there when I needed all new ducting from a fire. They are prompt and provide the service that I expect. Their technicians have always been available to help me with whatever I needed. They installed a nest thermostat for me even though its not one of the products in their lineup. I never have to mess with a phone tree because they always pick up even after hours and I like that about them.

I have had Gagles help in my home for over 34 years and always knowledgeable and very helpful. They make my life liveable. Thanks guys for all you do.

Excellent install of a replacement AC unit. Ray came out and worked up the quote. Dan and Tim did the install and Jeff did the start up. All four did an excellent job. They were thorough and did a timely job. The clean up was also excellent. They all showed up at the time I was given. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Mark Gagle, the owner, came out and did the final inspection. I was very impressed at his commitment to total customer satisfaction.

And they did not charge me like evergreen $1,200 for service which they charge me a very low low happy day price.. if anyone has a problem with air conditioning heating and specially plumbing they are the one to call guarantee you. Came within the time frame quoted. Quickly found the problem. He had the replacement part, installed quickly. Cost was reasonable. Will use them again!

Gagles came out last fall to address an Air Conditioning Issue we had. They were very prompt and got our 23 year old system back up and running at very little expense even though it needed replacement. It finally gave out this month and being treated so well they were my first call. They gave a list of options to repair or replace and we choose to replace Heater and A/C units. Prices were very competitive and they were very prompt on scheduling the replacement. Their workers were very professional and completed their work in one day taking away the old system , explained the features of the new system, and did a complete clean up. I can't think of how it could have gone better. I recommend their services to anyone who's as fussy as me. Great Job.

Friendly service from Grant he was on time and and went beyond regular service to help me program by thermostat after repairing my furnace. Price was great. Would highly recommend.
