East Johnson Ave @ A-State Parking Services

I had been here few days back to get a parking permit. There was an old lady at the counter who looked at me with such contempt as if I was a thief. She was not helpful at all. I am new to Jonesboro and A state (An international student) and had no idea where we where supposed to park and where not. She did not care to explain what the SE parking permit meant and I ended up getting my first parking fine $75 on the same day the permit was issued to me. It would be better if they would do they work efficiently and not judge or mistreat people based on their color.

I was waiting for the bus at that bus stop and the bus before turned the signal.Never came to this bus point, at all.Is annoying my day and journey
