Fantastic customer service! Ordered an Original Turkey sandwich & me with my pregnancy brain forgot to tell the cashier no salami OR mayo! They remade my sandwich very quickly for no extra charge even after I offered to pay for another one. On top of that, very clean and pretty restaurant!

I love this place ... closed the only one in Knoxville Tn. Great sandwich and this location was very clean and fresher bread than some I've been too.

Had not eaten at s Schlotzdky's in years... More incredible than I remembered.... Clean, friendly staff... Food quickly arrived and we were not disappointed...

Good food, pretty slow service, but worth the wait

I couldn't have had a better experience! The atmosphere, the customer service, the food, every little thing about this place was so perfect. I'm not sure if it's his place or if he's the manager or what but he was eager to help, he was personable, he was cheerful, he was just wonderful. My food was to die for. My one year old was so enthused with the lights and music that I let him get down to look and when he tried to run into the kitchen he interacted with him (again very cheerfully) as if he was family. I'm just so happy to have found my new favorite lunch spot!!!

Very delicious sandwiches! This is an awesome place to get a sandwich or pizza or even a salad! They have all kinds of deli foods and everything looks great. The sandwich I had was the spicy turkey bbq bacon smokecheesey and it was excellent no complaints whatsoever. The environment is very welcoming! The service was very quick too!I will definitely be back for sure!

Wow, we LOVE this place! Food is always delicious and fresh, and the folks working (everyone, every time) are always kind and have a smile (you can tell behind the mask!). Quick, yummy, fair prices, and really clean! There’s something on the menu for everyone.

BIG THANKS to the staff here! Excellent experience with online ordering/delivery. Thank you to the person who answered the phone prior to opening the store and confirmed he'd have our order ready ahead of time and make sure it was ready for delivery pickup by DoorDash ASAP.

Always consistently great food and the staff is super friendly. I go there for lunch often. The pick two combo is just the right portion size for not walking out bloated and ready for a nap.

The food is always fresh and delicious! Great and friendly staff. Very clean establishment. Price range is a little more pricey but it's worth it for the fresh ingredients.

Great sandwiches. I highly recommend you give this place a try. They also have great salads and sides. A tremendous place for lunch. Be the hero your tase buds deserve.

I enjoy this Schlotzskys, but they are not all the same. The manager here is awesome. The workers come by and ask if your food is good and if you need anything. The food is good consistently.

The Jonesboro, ar is awesome! The sandwiches are always neat and delish! The staff is always friendly and helpful!

One of the best salads anywhere. Portions are good also

You really can't go wrong with an original. By far one of my favorite ham and cheese.
