Very kind cashier she actually rinsed out a reusable cup I had for my daughter and dried it for me. I never asked her to do so. She just did it because she was VERY KIND AND A VERY SWEET WOMAN. To management... I didn't get her name but on Saturday August 5, 2023 at around 2-3 pm is the date and time my daughter and I stopped there. She gave my 13 yr old the key to the restroom while I was waiting at the counter after purchasing 2 20 ounce drinks. She is a blessing to all who encounter her kindness which is very rare these days. SHE SHOULD BE PART OF YOUR MANAGEMENT OR GIVE HER A RAISE LOL. Thank you... sweet lady.... 💗

Stopped in last night at the Shell on the corner of Golf Links and Malvern Ave. to grab some hot chocolate and cappuccino on the way into town to watch the z Christmas parade. When I went to the machine, The attendant said the machine was closed. Then, she said we aren’t 24 hours. I’m not sure what that had to do with the machine not being open since it was only 5:45 PM. I’m not a regular at this store but have stopped in periodically over the years for gas, snacks, and hot chocolate . I’m still confused about why she told me the store isn’t 24 hours and what that had to do with not having it available when it wasn’t even 6 PM yet.

It isn't what I'd call dirty, but I wouldn't call it clean either. The gas prices are pretty consistent with the rest of Hot Springs. It is very small on the inside which obviously limits what they can stock. Beer selection is extremely limited so go somewhere else if you are a fan of anything beyond the big three manufacturers. I've stopped going to this store because the have been out of what I stopped for on three different occasions in a row. The first time they were out of my brand of cigarettes, the second time I needed some type of heartburn relief, which they had zero options, the third and final time I was going to do propane swap and all they had were empties. Just drive the extra mile to the Valero on Carpenter Dam Rd. It's a much larger store with more inventory and the employees are very friendly.

I do not recommend coming to this gas station. The two women who served me were a little rude. I asked for some chicken wings and they wanted to give me the oldest ones. I suggested that they give me others that were in the back and they got upset and said these Hispanics, how annoying are they? They should be walking around this area. That made me feel bad. He looked at me with hateful eyes even though I'm tall and white. I noticed my seat. He looked at me with hateful eyes. Even though I'm tall and white. I don't want to imagine how they treat people. that are short and colored 😢😢😢
