Dollar General

Whoever is in charge of this Dollar General needs a raise!!! FRESH PRODUCE PEOPLE!!! At Dollar General! They recently remodeled this store, and everything is so much better. The lights they put on the isles makes everything so much brighter and easier to see. I can tell more good things are coming, and I can not wait!

Employees are fantastic. Michell is amazing! They will accommodate you. Very handy, the store is clean, shelves are as stocked as they can be, generally quick in and out.

This location on Carpenter Dam is now my new fave! Here’s why: They have fresh produce options now! The only catch is getting by there in time before it’s all gone. I haven’t inquired yet about this new feature yet, but I plan to.

The store has been remodeled. They offer Self-Checkout. The cashiers are friendly! Never a long wait in line!

Cashier was awesome! She knew where ever ITEM I was looking for was located exactly! I can stay OUT of the large RETAIL STORE I really don't like with a great STORE in town like this!

DG is a great place to run in for a quick stop for groceries, toiletries, cleaning supplies and snacks. I always find nice things in holiday decor. They have a yummy freezer section.

It is a very good shopping experience. They always greet me and offer to help me find things -- they always ask if I am finding everything I need. They are just really nice to me every time I go shopping there.

Yo shout out to this location! I’m from out of town & I left my wallet here yesterday. a manager found it right before close and they kept it in a safe for me. 🖤😭🙏🏾 bless their hearts!

Good collection of everyday items. And recently found they sold Stroop Waffles (2 thin waffle cone disks with caramel in the center) something I was introduced to while vacationing in Aruba and I didn't think I could get locally.

The store on Malvern near Ackers is awesome. The people are friendly, very helpful and take you to the item you need to find. If they are out of an item they let you know when it will be in. They have some items the other stores do not have.

Excellent down to earth stop before the lake. Feel free to ask there great staff questions about sale items and great at respectful small talk. Represents lakside properly

Clean and usually cluttered. Apparently they handle a lot of stock. Every time I have been in store, stock is sitting in aisle to be put in shelves. Convenient location.

So nice to have close by if you need that last minute item. I guess it reminds me of " The General Store" from some of the "Western Shows", " Gunsmoke" "Gonna run down to the General Store.". Glad to have them, Dollar General!!!

Tall, African American female cashier had wonderful personality. And very attractive as a bonus!! Enjoyed her company!!

This store is the only one in the area with a self checkout! It is super convenient! This store has everything and is probably my favorite location

May be the cleanest, most organized DG I've visited. Even more impressive when considering the high volume of shoppers.

It’s very convenient and is always stocked. I rarely see the employees doing anything aside from working and assisting customers.

What a great produce section. Large variety of refrigerated food and frozen foods. This is NOT a typical Dollar General.
