From our initial call, to walking out the door along with a follow up call for additional wound information, Ortho South was amazing. Dr. Fletcher and all of the staff were so conscientious and genuinely concerned about my husband’s injury. During the healing period, we needed additional supplies to continue dressing the wound and they readily provided the first aid materials - just an overall wonderful experience.

Dan Fletcher is an excellent doctor-a great listener, empathetic, and very caring. He worked me in and took excellent care of me in every way. I could not give a higher recommendation!!

Dr Fletcher does amazing work. I do not know how he has time for himself, he was always available, no matter how short the notice. Very efficient and thorough, he even called my wife personally as soon as I was out of surgery to let her know what to expect.
I hope you never have to use his services, but if you do he is the one to go with!

Orthosouth is great! I didn’t even get the paperwork filled out before they called me back. Everyone was friendly. Dr Fletcher explained everything to me and got me fixed right up.

Dr Fletcher has great bedside manner, listening carefully and asking questions, explaining well. He speaks with authority yet very kind and caring. We are very grateful for his wisdom and expertise and felt very confident in his diagnosis and recommendations. We did not wait long and so appreciate being seen at short notice.

My first visit with Dr. Fletcher-he was friendly, gracious, listened as I described my hand condition, knew immediately what was wrong. Provided care and I will return when/if my current condition worsens. I would recommend him. His manner is very open, convivial personality, great bedside manners and we hit it off immediately. Exactly what I hoped he would be as I probably need a little minor incision soon.

Dr. Fletcher was easy to get an appointment with, the visit was timely, and his evaluation was thorough.

Everyone I encounter were very friendly. I was in and out in 30 minutes or less and that included getting an x-ray.

Professional. Informative. I didn’t feel like I was just another patient.

I broke my wrist on Monday evening and was able to get an appointment Tuesday afternoon. However, I was called back with a half hour and given a morning appointment when someone cancelled.
Dr. Fletcher was exceedingly kind and compassionate. He was very thorough and I was able to have surgery two days later. After I saw him for the initial appt I was told by two different nurses (friends of mine) that he is an EXCELLENT doctor and I had made a great choice in choosing him.

Friendly and efficient staff on the front desk at check in and out. Both visits required less than ten minutes wait time before being called back. Dr Fletcher arrived quickly, surveyed the situation and provided prognosis and treatment. Was in and out in under an hour.

Office super efficient and Dr Fletcher took his time with the exam explained treatment plan and answered all questions. Didn’t feel rushed at all which is really nice.

Wonderful experience. Everyone involved. Loved Dr Fletcher.
